I like going to Big Lots I can always find everything that I'm looking for is very clean the cashiers are very nice any people that works on the floor

The manager at the West Springfield store is so helpful. I needed to make a return of a big item. He stayed late past the end of his shift to help me and made the process smooth and painless. I highly recommend shopping here!

Great prices on their items. The staff were nice. The store was pretty messy and not really organized. Either way I will still shop there.
