Bout a Honda Pilot 2017 from them on October 14, 2022 didn't really get to drive it as much till Monday because I had to wait for registration October 17,2022 driving back from work system transmission problem light comes on the dash tried to call the dealer but they had closed so the next day I call back the dealer let them no the issue they told bring the car to Honda so I brought it that Saturday to Honda Honda flushed the fluid from transmission and replaced with new tranny fluid I drove about a hundred miles that afternoon to Ct transmission light came back on again after the diagnosis curry Honda said if the light comes back on I would need a new transmission! Mind you I've only had the car for going on ten days since purchasing the dealership gives you 1250 miles or 30 days for warranty they sold me extended warranty with my purchase as well but they insisted that I use my warranty coverage which makes no sense at all if I technically still have warranty left from the dealership why should I have to use the extended warranty they sold me with the purchase to fix a transmission issue the car was sold with ,you would think after buying a 22,000 car you would not have issues specifically with a transmission I feel like they sold me the car knowing that it had a bad transmission I spoke to Josh one of the owners who did all my paperwork but was very unprofessional about the situation I explained to him that I shouldn't have to deal with this issue seeing I only had the car for less then 2 weeks he pushed me to the side said he will get back to me after he spoke to the co owner Charles to figure it out which don't make sense if Josh was the one who did all the paperwork and basically sold me and my wife the vehicle this is a stressful issue to deal with I would not Recommend anyone to purchase a car from here they make it seem good when your signing papers but when a issue occurs with the car they brush you to the side as if they don't wanna deal with the problems

Avoid this shop at all costs it is associated with a guy named Stan who runs Compass auto sales and Compass Rentals out of this shop. My story - I found a Toyota Highlander on FB marketplace that was sold from Compass Auto. The man’s name was Stan. First weird sign was that he was using his wife’s FB account. Anyway, I ended up buying a 2006 Toyota Highlander from him/them. Test drove it around the neighborhood and it seemed fine. Stan assured me the car was in tip top shape. Driving on the highway after purchasing it was shaking and making a loud noise from the rear. The next day I took the wheel off to find that there was literally no emergency brake assembly and the cables had been cut. Stan took the car to “his uncles” (best price auto repair) shop and had it for 2 weeks. Constantly delaying the process of fixing it. Finally I got the car back and Stan told me it was good as new. A week later the rear end began to sway when going over 50 mph. Come to find out there was a whole slew of issues. The control arms Installed at By Stan at Best Price Auto Repair were the wrong ones. Due to them being wrong there was “play” in the axle. The “play” in the axle put stress on the frame and the frame began to tear away from the rear end linkage. On top of all this Stan and Best Price Auto Repair had just sprayed a bunch of rubberized undercoating over the issue in attempt to hide it. I’ve bought a lot of private party vehicles in my life and the one I bought from Stan at Compass/Best Price Auto Repair was by far the worst and most shady experience I have had. Please stay away. I could have easily died due to his neglect and malfeasance.

Thank you Josh for the great experience in buying our ford edge! thank you for being an HONEST auto salesman! I appreciate everything you have done for my family to get into a car quickly where as our broke down and we needed a new one asap. I appreciate you going above and beyond and being a man of your word as you told me when I first walked into your auto shop " we take pride in our business" and it truly shows. I will be back for my next car in 3-4 years! Again Thank you for everything!

I recently bought a 2014 Acura MDX from here. The guys were very straight forward and helpful. Gave me a reasonable price for my trade in and made me feel confident that I was making the right decision. Their cars are legit and in good shape. The process was quick and easy. I would definitely go back again for a future purchase. Plus I love my new car!
