I recently had the pleasure of working with Dee Finkel, and I can’t express enough how exceptional their service was. Dee’s product knowledge is truly impressive. They provided clear, thoughtful explanations of the various options available, helping me navigate through the choices without any pressure. Throughout the entire process, Dee was attentive, patient, and incredibly professional. They followed up promptly with answers to all my questions and ensured that every detail was handled with care. Dee’s in depth explanation of the controls made me a master of eating egg salad sandwiches while driving safely on the highway.
Ryan Campbell was our finance person. He was very professional and attentive throughout the process. He answered every question I had thoroughly and made sure I understood before moving on. The paperwork was painless and he went above and beyond to ensure it was done correctly.

Salesperson Keith was very thorough in going over all of the features in the latest Crosstrek model. The process of purchasing a car from this dealership was effortless. Everything was promised when picking up the car. I was able to meet with Keith two times to go over all of the driving features in my new Crosstrek to feel comfortable. Very informative and great dealership to work with! Thank you!

As a new driver, I was incredibly nervous about the lease of my new Subaru outback. After struggling with many other dealerships it was a DREAM to work with Bertera Subaru of West Springfield (especially Keith who spent hours on end working with my difficult insurance, making sure the everything was in order, showing me car features, etc.). The staff are understanding, patient, and thorough. Above all, they were incredible communicative (and even sent me pictures of my car in the lot during the day to showcase her beauty!). I am now the proud and confident driver of a 2024 because of Bertera's wonderful staff (shoutout again to Keith and Rich!) and services. If I could give 100 stars, I would.

Just traded in our 2018 Crosstrek. Great car. We were offered a fantastic deal on a new 2024 our salesman Keith Goldschmidt was great! Very low pressure sale; knew all of the obscure details of the car. I am a very detailed person and he was able to answer all of my questions. He communicates very well. Like the fact that he texts information back to you almost immediately the car is great and I highly recommend contacting Keith thank you.!

I just purchased a 2021 Forester from Bertera Subaru in West Springfield, MA. My experience, from online search to driving out of their parking lot with my lovely new-used Subaru, was exceptional. This photo was taken by Starlyn, my Subaru guide through the process. He was patient & generous throughout. & he went above and beyond helping me step by step - test driving, navigating each piece of my trade-in, even driving me back from dropping my rental to Enterprise. A true professional.

As a mechanic with 27 years of experience if you are buying a car I recommend a Toyota for durability! If you unfortunately already have a Subaru I would recommend any other shop over this one the level of unprofessionalism and pricing is shameful!
There are other dealers that are 10 times better within a half hour drive and they are worth ever second of it. And if it is not a warrantee repair, many independent shops on the same road often much cheaper. Always price check your issue, they pretend that you can only get it fixed there at the closest dealer to mark up all the prices and in MA that is actual illegal not to mention wrong you have choices as the car owner!
For my personal experience, the management was rude and unprofessional, condescending and aggressive. He also lied about a number of things thinking me a civilian that would not know better! I brought in a friends car for a few warrantee repairs a few weeks back since they had complained about this shop and honestly owe them an apology I didn't believe any car dealership could possibly be this bad, but I was wrong! The mechanics are probably lovely people but the manager who you have to deal with should be fired for cause, and the desk staff that feel they have to stand by and don't step in should find somewhere better to work, there are so many options. You should never have to work under such a boss!

Salesperson Dee Finkle was knowledgeable and empathetic. Dee comprehensively took us through car features, a test drive and financing options. Highly recommend Dee for a low pressure, great outcome experience.

The management of this dealership is refusing to return my repaired (electrical failure) because the loaner I was driving was in an accident caused by another drivers vehicle and witnessed by the police. The dealership manager refuses to speak with me to fix this and I now have no car.

Starlyn was great to work with. He and the rest of the team managed to get the car to rhode island for us to register in just 4 days. They also refunded a slight overcharge for registration fees without any trouble. Would buy with them again.

Their service department is awful. Call me and tell me the car is done, it’s not done, then call me again to say good news it’s done! - but no paperwork was done and made me wait, no loaners, they don’t care.
