Opportunities are very rare these days because of the high rate of spamming existing on the internet right now but when we find those that are legit we should share their good deeds to prevent people from falling victim of spam. I saw someone who made a review about how she met this FX broker, who provide her with the best trading signals and I took the risk. The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in my entire life. Bought a Beast Edition Jeep that was over 60k and had issues with the parts the dealership provided. All parts were junk and rusting out (within 1.5 years always garaged with under 15k miles). They left me hanging for OVER two months, never getting back to me as promised, all while saying they needed to find the receipts (that they bought the after market parts for) so that I could put a warranty claim with the makers of those parts. Finally, after I refused to be passed off again, I finally was able to speak to the General Manager, John Lewis. I have never dealt with a more rude and arrogant person in my life. It wasn't like he said, I'm sorry we can't find the receipts. He said this to me word for word "I don't have the receipts we're not covering anything, so you're done!" Literally was his words. This was the first time I EVER spoke to him. The biggest A hole I have ever had to deal with. HOW IS THIS GUY THE GENERAL MANAGER??? PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME???? STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! Also, NEVER, EVER buy a Beast edition anything because they will not stand behind ANY of the parts they put on the vehicle (surely won't provide you receipts or warranty any of the parts put on the vehicle).

Worst service ever, will never do business with them again. I bought a Jeep from them a while back the SUV is 4 years old with 40K miles on it. The AC unit stopped working on the car and was blowing hot air. So I took it in for service. First they said that they had to do an evac and recharge in the AC told me the cost would be $1100 seemed a little crazy but ok fine do the work, dropped the car off in the AM. Called me later that afternoon said the car was ready for pickup. Took it home 3 days later no AC. Took it back they did whatever they did called me a little while after another $422 to replace what they said was a leaky expansion joint. Wasn't happy about it but agreed to get it fixed. They call me later that afternoon said the car was ready for pickup and that they had run the car for a while and everything was ok. Came to get the car picked up the keys literally drove off the lot onto Riverdale RD did a U-turn no AC, blowing hot air took it right back again. Left it over night. Got a call later that day, told me that the gasket on the valve they replaced was leaking had to replace it didn't charge me for that. 3 days later no AC took it back for a 4th time. Said they did some sort of test said there was a leak somewhere else this time said it was gonna cost $1800 to fix. Tried talking to the service manager about the situation in a calm way. He wasn't willing to work with me in anyway basically gave me the keys and said good luck with it. Worst experience I have ever had, downright awful and out $1500 with no AC.

To say a 1 star is overrated! I went to have a recall preformed and asked to add updates on computer, oil change and mentioned a leak in rear passenger tire. I picked up and they started they just needed to add air to tire but it was FINE! 1 hour into my trip to NH the tire was flat and I sat on the side of the highway for an hour for AAA. I was forced to go ALL THE BACK ROADS not HIGHWAY as I was now on a donut and at 40 I could feel the rear end sway. This added another 2 hours on to my trip. I barely slept as we didn't get to the hotel until 12 and had to be up early to find a garage to repair my tire as we were leaving for a day on deep sea fishing and would not ret until all shops were closed. I had to pay an additional $105 to have the garage service my vehicle at the dock. This could all have been avoided if they DID WHAT I ASKED!! I even thanked them when I left telling them I was afraid to break down with my mother in her 70s that came fishing with me!! I am REALLY disappointed to say the least!

Andre doesn't know anything the service department is a SCAM they should be out of business the service department lies and they do not do services that they say has been preformed they lie on the legal documents the receipts the service manager is a joke the entire service department should be retrained on basic common courtesy half of them should be fired....and their average star rating is a 2 so that speaks volumes..these people make Bertara look really bad. Mr Lewis should pay them a visit hopefully he reads yelp reviews

I had the best experience with Igor and love my 2021 Jeep Compass! He took his time to find me the right Jeep of my choice and with the best deal that truly can’t be beat, compared to other dealers I visited prior to here. He was super personable, helpful, answered all my questions and explained everything. Super friendly staff too!! Anyone looking for a Jeep in this area should check this place out and make sure you ask for Igor, 10/10 in my book!

This dealership is terrible. They are overpriced and have awful customer service skills. Cheryl is just such a j*** if I can use that word. I heard her telling people that work for her to shut up and work. Nobody under her should enjoy working at all. She was rude and nasty to the people that work for her. I walked out and will never go back after hearing her berate the employees

saw a listing online for a used car listing the trim model along with features the car had. it was priced above KBB value but i still was interested in it and wanted to test drive it. I made an appointment and when i showed up it wasn't the same trim model listed and all of the features it said it had it didn't have. I was informed that they aren't concerned about their online listing being accurate. I still took it on a test drive just to see if maybe it'd work but i get in the car and turn on the a/c and literal smoke came out of it i had to turn it off. it appears the previous owner was a heavy heavy smoker. along with all that there was a huge scuff on the steering wheel. ALL THIS FOR IT BEING PRICED ABOVE VALUE AND LISTED AS THE WRONG TRIM. Do not waste your time at this dealership.

Increasingly frustrated. They charged me for a service that was covered under my warranty. I called them out on it after the initial repair FAILED one month later. I will note they did go above and beyond to fix it the next day.. however I am STILL waiting on my refund check. They sent it to the wrong address and the wrong person the first time (despite my explicit instructions as to where my new address was). I called and asked for the status and they revealed the error. I gave them my new address AGIN... Still no check.

Service quality and customer service have gone greatly downhill while costs have skyrocketed. Combined will the fact that they seem to have a rotating door of staff there is no way to build up a friendship like you used to be able to 10 years ago. The saving grace is a salesman by the name of Igor Palgi who put me into the last two vehicles I've purchased and is not only a great salesman but a great guy. My wish is that he worked for a better dealership although he may because I have not seen him for some time. Would not recommend.
