This is now a dishonest and unethical place to do business. I bought a car there in 2015, that transaction was great with Lee. In 2018, I went back to make another purchase and worked with Richard. After verbally committing to beat my best deal over the phone on an identical vehicle they had with lower miles, they tried to "bait and switch" me once I arrived. They offered a substitute auction vehicle with more mileage at a higher cost that wasn't even on their lot. In the end, I was presented with an out the door number $500 higher than my best offer from another dealer. They could not beat it and I wasted an afternoon of my time. They also claimed they only had access to CarFax and not AutoCheck reports. I walked, and will never go back.

I recently worked with Bertera and ended up in a beautiful 2024 Grand Cherokee lease following recommendations from a good friend who also is in a 2024 Grand Cherokee lease. About 2 weeks (13 days) after each of us closed our deal with Bertera (which was about 1 month apart), our identity was stolen to the tune of 15+ credit card inquiries between the 2 of us. When this happened to her, we thought nothing of it especially in the world of data breach and identity theft that we live in. However, when the exact same thing happened to me in the EXACT same timeframe after having worked with bertera, it is too coincidental to ignore or excuse to some foreign cyber attack.
We gave the business the benefit of the doubt and reached out calmly and professionally to make them aware of this suspicious coincidence. Unfortunately, we have been met with no support at all from the administration which is leaving us feeling even more sketched out.
DO NOT work with Bertera and BE CAREFUL of who you trust with your sensitive identifying information.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Igor Palgi was my sales rep. Full of lies. How does a vehicle, 100% available at closing time get sold before opening the next day after running a check on the phone? I called off work the next day, called Igor on his personal line the next morning, and left 30 minutes before opening. “JEEP IS READY FOR YOU JOSEPH!” exclaimed Igor. 25 minutes and 5 minutes away the dreaded call comes… that exact Jeep was sold but….. “we have one that is one year older, a different color, less options, for the same price”…. GO FIGURE! That was just the start. More deception, more dishonesty and the Jeep I bought was on 15% oil life. Add to that the dishonesty during purchase and false numbers given….. I would suggest EXTREME CAUTION! Bring someone in the know to ensure that you the customers are given a joyful experience….. not a regret.

This review is overdue. I live in NY. They earnestly negotiated, gave a great price on my Wrangler, and were professional, relatable and courteous until the end. It's a pain that you have to wait for the title but I think that's a Jeep requirement.

Horrible experience trying to buy a used Jeep. Lack of communication skills from their team caused me to drive a long distance after setting an appointment only to arrive and meet very unwelcoming staff to tell me car already sold! massive waste of time.
Awful. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone i care about.

If you’re in the market for a car, check out Bertera and specifically, Zack. I had a leased Jeep that was coming at the end of its term but I only had two weeks before turning it in so I had to decide whether I was going to buy out my lease or lease something new. I inquired about a new jeep that i had seen online via their live chat because I was traveling for work at the time. Essentially, Zack and the Bertera team helped me with the entire deal via chat and text message. It could not have been easier and more seamless.
And Zack took the time to not only walk me through every detail of the car and answer any questions that I had, but he’s also followed up a week later to see how I’m liking it! You don’t get that service many places. Highly recommend this dealership and Zack if you’re in the market. They’ll make it so easy for you!

You make us appointment for service online for specific date and they can’t even honor. It makes no sense. What’s the purpose of having online appointment if they not gonna honor it.

They work as a team and do whatever they can to make sure you drive away happy. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! The service department is a joke. Your vehicle will come back worse than when you brought it in. I had several issues and I bought the vehicle new from them.
