Overall I had a great experience buying my 2021 Venza at Balise. They were firm on the price, but it was a fair price and the vehicle was spotless, had brand new tires and new rear brakes. The salesman Michael Pena was responsive and detail-oriented in handling a few accessories/additions to my purchase.

I found the sales representative, Jose Barina to be extremely unprofessional and rude. Not only did he call me by my incorrect name several times but he was almost argumentative with me when it came to asking for a lease quote in person. By far the worst dealership experience I've had shopping for a car. I will shop for my vehicle elsewhere and not recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

We have come here for many years, but nothing but problems. We just financed a toyota camry 9/2023 which we sold and traded in with Bertera 3/2024. Balise canceled our extended warranty for us, but Manny told us that toyota financial would cancel our gap with the 3rd party automatically (this never happened!) I Went a month later because we never received a check from toyota finance for my canceled GAP. I Went back to Balise and Manny changed his excuse to that they no longer do that and that they changed the amount due on the car and he got someone from accounting on the phone saying they changed the rules and no longer cancel gap, but they change the amount due on the car. This is not true! I have been fighting for my $865 for the last 4 months back and forth between toyota finance, JMA insurance and Balise. The 3rd party told me they sent the credit to Balise at the end of May and it should have been in their June 10th statement. I just want my money back and we have called and talked with Chris F. Who was our original sales manager who hasn't called us back as he stated. Then my husband talked to a higher manager who was supposed to call us back an hasn't. I just want my money back for my GAP service that I cancelled myself. I am honestly wondering if you guys are pocketing people's money when things like this happen. I honestly will never go back and will tell people to stay away unless they want to get ripped off! Other issues in the past were when they gave us ghost plates and gave our plates to someone elsewho ended up getting a ticket in some other state, they performed a service that I didn't approve, and they have made other mistakes with services such as leaving a cap off on top of the engine after maintenance

This is a awesome dealership great people great place my dad just bought a car from them and he dealt with Nick Preniqi who is absolutely amazing easy to work with awesome guy a real credit to the dealership he doesn't try to sell u a car he listens and helps you make the purchase you want we had issues from a different dealership and he helped us out and got my dad into what he wanted with ease and I can't tell you how fast it was the financial guy there is another amazing person stayed late after closing to finish the deal so my dad could have his car the next day I can't say enough good things about these guys and gals just good people who are good at what they do please go there find out for yourself you won't be disappointed

Smooth process in scheduling service and processing paperwork. Staff go over any issues or future service needs on the car. Seems to do the best they can with helping service experience be as fast and smooth as they can. Content to go there again

Happy to bring home my new Toyota Tundra! Once their salesman Marc took me out on a test drive I just knew I had to have it! Sharp looking truck, good on gas, and with the extra large cabin there’s plenty of elbow space to beat my wife or turn around and scream at my brat kids in the back! 10/10 purchase! Will be back!

EDIT (06/28/24): We have not received any phone calls, despite what the response from owner says.
I am writing this review to share my incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Balise Toyota regarding my mother's lease buyout.
In March, my mother decided to buy out her lease. Her first payment was due in April, but she never received a billing statement or any paperwork from Balise Toyota. When she visited the dealership in April to address this, she was assured that the issue would be resolved. However, it was discovered that an account had never been created for her, forcing her to return and sign the necessary paperwork again.
In May, she received a bill showing a past due balance. Despite contacting the dealership and being reassured that the matter would be taken care of, the June bill also showed a past due balance, indicating that the issue had not been resolved.
My mother has made multiple attempts to get this resolved. She visited the dealership three times, only to be told each time that the finance manager, Donnell Hart, was on vacation. Additionally, her calls and voicemails have gone unanswered, and messages to her sales representative have not been returned.
Last Thursday, we called Donnell Hart directly, and he promised to return our call by the end of the day. We never heard back from him. We called him again on Friday, but he did not respond. As of today, we still have not heard from him. This lack of response is completely unacceptable and has caused significant stress and inconvenience.
The lack of accountability and responsiveness from Balise Toyota's finance department, particularly from Donnell Hart, is alarming. It is clear that customer service is not a priority, and resolving issues in a timely manner is not on their agenda. This experience has severely damaged our trust in Balise Toyota, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with this dealership.
Next time, we will take our business to Lia Toyota of Wilbraham, where we hope to receive the customer service and professionalism that Balise Toyota has failed to provide.

Recently purchased a used vehicle from Balise Toyota in Springfield. It had been a while since I bought a vehicle from a dealer and I could not be more pleased. The two gentlemen who assisted me were incredibly helpful and professional. They made the entire process as painless as possible and communicated perfectly throughout the process.
