I worked with Calli Stone to trade in my car for a newer pre-owned Mazda. Calli was VERY knowledgeable. She was able to explain every feature and option of the car to me, and if there was something she did not know, she found out the information for me right away. Very good sales person. Very happy with my car and the deal I made.

If I could give more than five stars I would. Chantilli was fantastic.
After some frustrating experiences with other dealers (Carvana and Thrifty car sales on Boston road being the two worst), the differences was like night and day. Chantilli made the normally stressful process seamless. She patiently answered my questions, explained my options and helped me with my paperwork and into a great car. I got a significantly lower APR than I was offered at any online dealership, with no deceptive sales practices or hidden fees. I am so grateful to the whole team and pleased with my vehicle purchase. Thank you all!

I did not do better at Balise. I went to the dealership in early July 2024 to see about buying a CX50. After test drive I sat down with a sales rep. A manager looked at my trade, and gave a low figure for the trade value. The rep gave me a slightly discounted (after factory incentives), and I indicated I would not buy at that price. The rep said OK, and that was it; no further discussion. I left. About 10 days later, I contacted another dealer, and after online and phone negotiation, I got the price and trade value I was looking for. The next day i went in and got the vehicle I wanted for about $2000 less than offered at Balise.

Balise has always made it a great experience. Ashley is very professional and experienced. Going to a dealership can be stressful but Ashley makes it as painless as possible. I’ve been buying cars for almost 15 years here and never an issue. See you guys for my first oil change with my new 2024 Mazda CX-5!

Recently purchased a 2022 CX5 from Ashley at Balise Mazda in Springfield, MA and I cannot say enough good things about the experience! Car shopping can be very stressful- but they make the process seamless and easy! Got an excellent price for my trade in. Extremely happy with my purchase and the quality and price of the car! Ashley was professional, attentive, kind and available for any questions/concerns along the way! She went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met including staying late on more than one occasion! Will absolutely return here for another car in the future!

Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. Ashley is amazing. She was friendly and attentive before during and after the buying experience and made it fun for us to select our new vehicle. I went to Balise Mazda today to work with Ashley. I leased my last car from her and my family has been buying and leasing cars from her for years and years. I had to wait a few minutes for our appt because she was helping this lady that was absolutely awful to her. She was mean and very disrespectful. The customer was asking Ashley to work with her on pricing but the lady refused to choose a car to buy. Ashley was trying to help her find the right car and all the lady cared about was the price but she didn’t even pick a car. She left yelling and swearing. It didn’t make a lot of sense to me. After she left I could tell Ashley was upset. I wanted to come on here and leave a review about how wonderful Ashley has always been to myself and my family. I re leased with her tonight and I wanted to tell people about how professional and accommodating and amazing she is. The way she handled being treated so poorly by that woman was admirable and the way she just put it behind her to help me right after was graceful. Thank you Ashley for taking care of me, my family, and so many people after all your years with Balise Mazda. I’ll be a customer of yours as long as you work there.

Ugg The worst customer service from Ashley. Not friendly at all .I will not go back ever. So don't go to this dealership in Springfield. You will not get any good deals and they Push higher prices . Balise need to replace some there staff .
