I had a good experience with Francisco, he’s a very good professional, he helped with all the recommendations, all doubts I had were answered. He showed the same interest from the first day to the last day. I would recommend going to Francisco he’s a great and easy going I had a great experience with him!

Thank you to KIA Hyundai for helping me get into my brand new vehicle. Lynnelle was my leasing consultant she not only provided exceptional customer service but she got me in my car in now less than 24 HRS! She was prompt, she was throughout & took the time to explain everything I needed to know as far as features on my vehicle and what my options were as far as additional coverage ! I would recommend this location 1,000X thanks to her amazing customer service!

Ian was a very honest and straightforward person, which I really appreciated considering that this was my first car purchase. While I didn't end up buying from this Kia, Ian made the process super simple and direct, and I am thankful for the work he and the dealership overall put in.

Worst service i have received in years, I bought my vehicle less then 90 days ago drove less then a 1000 miles and still under warranty, I have a indentation in my rotor which they say could have been from a small rock getting stuck between the brake pad and rotor. But they did nothing to the rotor they left it they way it was they did something to the brake pad so the noise stop. But it will return because the indentation is still on the rotor. They told me if I wanted to have it replaced they will get me a price on new ones. So I spent $22,000 on a vehicle they gave me a 90 day warranty but excludes the brakes and rotor. WOW what a great company kia balise iin west springfield. This will be the first and last time I buy anything from this company and I will make sure when i have friends and family who are looking for new or used vehicles I will warn them of my experience at this place which do not take good care of their customers. I hope this review helps all the new buyers please watch out for their misleading tactics. They get the one star because they did stop the noise for the $100 deductible which i had to pay. My integrity is my life and I stand by my review

Jenni is an asset to the Balise Kia team. She went above and beyond for over 4 hours with me, dealing with my car repair along side an extended warranty issue with the dealership I purchased my Kia from. Her patience, kindness and professionalism was so appreciated and helped ease the many irritations of the day. My extended warranty contract will not allow me to go there for all of my Kia needs, but I highly recommend you do so if you can! Thank you for everything, Jenni!

What a great experience at Balise Kia! We were met by Matt, a newer sales representative when we arrived and he happily answered our questions and helped us look at three different vehicles were were interested in. We took a test drive together in the Niro EV and he was knowledgeable and friendly. We visited 6 dealerships today at this experience was definitely the best. I highly recommend Balise Kia and Matt Hartman!

Hands down, the worst hustle I have ever seen. My car broke down on the mass pike and it took them 10 days to even look at it. I have owned 5 Kias, and always buy them because of the incredible service I've received. This is the exception to the rule. Ghastly.

Somehow my car went in for a repair and came back two different times back to back with two new problems. They also let me drive off the lot with a bad alternator. We noticed immediately that something was wrong. Now my air conditioning and my horn doesn’t work and we just got our car back from them. They were working fine when we dropped it off. Could be an electrical issue but we originally had it there to fix the electrical issues! And of course they’re not taking ownership of any of these issues. Now I am looking elsewhere for someone to take a look because I don’t trust Kia to fix it properly without charging us an arm and a leg for a problem that did not exist! and we are already $2700 in with them. I do not recommend.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY YOU WONT GET IT BACK!!!
I have been trying to get a refund from these people since April! They refuse to give me my money back that was just for a deposit with a sale that fell through. I have been calling atleast twice a week and the manager (James) tells me he will call me back every time and never does.. I’ve heard 5 different excuses as to why I haven’t received a check in the mail. I am contacting corporate myself and reporting it to the BBB. I have given it three months and now I’m drawing the line. DONT give these people your money you won’t get it back.

I’ve had my car serviced here a few times and I’ve had nothing but exceptional services provided. I get a video of my vehicle inspection, the filters before and after being cleaned, etc which I love seeing. If I need transportation, it is provided which helps so much. Ashley W has been a huge help to me with my car service each time and I will ONLY take my “baby” here lol
