I went there to have service done on our Honda Passport. They performed servies we didn't ask for and didn't do what we paid for. The waiting area is absolutely disgusting. The furniture is stained and worn and reeks of other peoples b.o. We are never going back there. The service department should be called the non service department. We're done with Balise. Ever since Mike passed away the whole Balise thing has gone into the crapper.
Good for you who are happy with your purchase. Just wait until you need service. Balise has hit bottom in West Springfield

Avoid this place! Service is super slow and the female service rep that sits in the middle has a terrible attitude- I was too annoyed to even get her name. Zero people skills. Again the service is very very slow! They will literally waste 3-4 hours of your day for an oil change- even if you have an appointment.
