I have nothing but good things to say about balise collision. I had an unexpected accident and didn't have rental coverage they were more than accommodating to my situation and repaired my car quickly and efficiently. The car looks great and was clean for the return. Highly recommend

I will tell you your policy of keeping me up to date every week. Wasn't good. I had to call every week.
But when I did talk to someone.
Jen. She was fantastic. Your very lucky to have her. Very informative. Made me feel at ease about the work being done on my Mazda.

Overall the customer service was nice when on the phone and in location. However, the status every week and communication was lackluster. It took over a month and a half just to receive my vehicle and two of those weeks my car was sitting in a lot. The repairs were not complete in my vehicle either. Also when receiving my vehicle, the stuff that I did have in my vehicle, some stuff were thrown away and/or misplaced and the rest placed in a garbage bag. None of the items should have been thrown out as they were tangible items and not perishable. Highly disappointed.

Customer service and attention by front desk staff was amazing. Very polite and helpful.
The work on my car, not so great. They were supposed to fix the front bumper and molding and even when the molding was a replacement (new) it had a scratch. The older woman who revised my car said that it could have been done by someone walking by the car, which I found very insulting as this is is highly unlikely due to the location of the scratch. The bumper paint also was porous which definitely shows lack of professional repair skills by their workers. My car looks repaired but definitely not recommended.
