Very quick service! I was there for yearly maintenance and it took less then an hour. I arrived early, but didn’t know that I have to get in line and drive inside. I went inside and two ladies helped me and showed me where to go a what do do. Happy with the service!

I was there on Thursday for a 9 appointment and thought they were finish at 11:30. They discovered other updated needed but couldn't do it because it was too close to lunch. Meaning I have to take additional time out to have the job completed. As it was I had to go ask why a battery installation was taking so long.

Beware! Worst car buying experience ever!! Balise Hyundai is not transparent and they are rude.They hide a dealer accessory fee which is $987.00 ceramic coating and seat conditioner. They don't tell you that it is even there during the purchase process with the salesman. If you see it and ask about it you are told you MUST purchase this in order to buy from them. They agreed to waive this ONLY if we financed with them. When the car came in our purchase took over 5 hours. We were ignored and constantly made to wait. When we were confused about the financing we were told by the salesman that HE "asks the questions, not us". He then told my wife that she was being "COMBATIVE". We walked out and would not have purchased the car but we couldn't wait for one to come in at a different dealer.After receiving an email from Brian Houser, Hyundai General Manager stating to contact him if we could not rate with all 5s, we did and he returned our call. Seemed only mildly interested in our experience and responded to each of our concerns as a "coachable" moment for his staff. Promised us a coupon for cleaning which we never got. Also, we never received survey from Hyundai which makes us think it was blocked.Wish we had bought fro Gary Rome but this one arrived first. Working with the staff at Gary Rome was a pleasant and more honest experience.Only gave them a 1 as I couldn't give them a 0.

The subaru place they own was one of the rudest places its ever been my misfortune to go into. The huge black guy salesman was a real j**** Ill never go back there.

I bought my SUV here a few years ago and from the service in buying the car, to the convenience of scheduling my car maintenance appt. The experience has been wonderful. I recommend this place. Because also staff, and customer services has been great too.
