I appreciate the review if you could come talk to me I am the store manager. As far as training they get all the tools the need to know about the vehicle. I’m sorry you feel this way but I do my best to help them. Some learn at a faster paste.

whoever does the hiring or is the manager in there themselves should be fired tomorrow being generous by saying that! they don’t know lick about cars, parts, material, or equipments. they just hire any joeshmoe off the road and put in there and have their customers miserable with getting no help. i’ve been in there handful of times and been not properly helped once i never thought id act a karen and leave a review like this but here tf i am. ridiculous get your team right hire the right crowd. wasting peoples time!!

Today, June 11, 2024 at 6pm, I was at Price Rite when I left, my car did not want to start because the battery was damaged. I walk to Autozone on West Springfield Memorial Avenue, upon entering the store, the employee Carmelo Serrano treated us excellently despite the little English that I know helped us a lot. The Manager David Daviau, his treatment was excellent and his unconditional help I definitely recommend them 100%. The other employees' treatment was also excellent. If you want spectacular treatment and service, visit Autozone on Memorial Avenue West Springfield. Always grateful!!!!!!!

You say hello, the employee here doesn't look at you. What kind of people work here? Please do not employ people who look down on people. Respect for the customer is important. The man looks at you and asks who you are. Who are you really? You are an employee there. You're acting like a boss. What kind of people are there? I guess you don't know anything about human relations. I ask why you didn't say hello. He says, "Are you going to buy this product?" First say hello and then ask how you are. What's this?

I had a headlight out and the store manager Dave went above and beyond. Not only did he help me find what I needed after I bought the wrong one, he installed it for me and wouldn’t accept any money I tried to give him for the work. If you need parts for your vehicle and would like great service where you don’t feel like “just another customer” be sure to stop in West Springfields Autozone and ask for Dave the store manager.

Horrible service this place. I went to the store the guy walked with me to my car,then back store picked up the phone talking to other customers.after went to the warehouse,left me waiting about 30 minutes.it’s what kind service like this! Good bye auto zone ,won’t never go back again!

I had gone to Napa auto parts prior to going to Autozone and the person was very unhelpful and didn’t seem interested in helping me. I went to AutoZone in W.Spfld and David was amazing! He went out to my car to assess the issue.. no questions asked. He was very friendly, helpful and fixed the issue. I will only deal with Autozone going forward. David was a great help and I just wanted you to know that. Keep up the good work. ???

I went here to purchase windshield wiper fluid and Rain-X. What should be a simple purchase turned into me standing at the counter for 10 minutes while the store associate was talking to somebody else and it wasn't another customer. Finally, the manager came out and told the associate to help us. The store itself is clean and well organized and this wouldn't stop me from going there again. However, this associate could have clearly done better. And I don't put names of associates out there because for all I know is they could have been having a bad day. But nonetheless, I shouldn't have had to wait 10 minutes when there was nobody else in line just to purchase windshield wiper fluid.
