“I needed a diagnostic of several issues on my truck, they told me when they could look at it but I wasn't available to drop it off at that time so they allowed me to drop it off a few days early. They checked out the truck well beyond what I needed and they sent me a detailed report on the good, the bad and what I need to watch. All detailed with pictures, and solutions. They fixed what I needed, at a very reasonable price. I will be returning back to them with all of my vehicle repairs.”

“Rick and the crew are top notch when you see the cars in the lot you will see why they are busy. I have an 07 explorer sport trac and I needed a timing chain the one that needed to be replaced required the engine to come out I thought this was going to be big bucks to my surprise it turned out very reasonable and they did a great job fixing it then about 10 days later had to have the front exhaust pipe and muffler fixed went back to Preferred and again the cost was very reasonable now my truck runs like new very happy about the work that was done and I'm sure you will be too. “Bob's fixed my car and saved me a boat load of money! I had been bringing my VW to the dealership for the past few years as I hadn't found a specialty shop, and the independent shops closer to me said they won't even touch a Volkswagen. When my 90k service was due, I was SHOCKED to see it be over $1,000 for an oil change and haldex fluid change. Even worse, they wanted $1,200 to replace a timing chain cover which is a whopping 6 bolts. I called up Bob's and he set up an appointment. I was overjoyed to see a total for EVERYTHING at just over $700. The work seems to be impeccably done, and the shop saved me $1,500. I'll definitely be coming back for service here!”

For instance, I had 4 tires replaced was going to do the 2 bald ones in the front until they showed me my back tires were seriously cracked. Then while the tires were off they checked my brakes.”

They took me in Saturday morning, diagnosed my exhaust problems within 20 mins of me arriving, and even had the parts ready to go to begin a complete overhaul of the exhaust on my car. There's a reason these guys are AAA certified--they're thorough, honest, and worked with me to get the best price for the repairs on my car.
The gentleman at the desk even printed out an entire diagram to explain the issues to me to ensure I understood--and brought me out to the car itself to show me the issues and even what could be a problem down the line.
The best part too--they gave me a loaner car, free of charge, to use while they fixed my vehicle.
