Had half of my read bumper taken off. Had the repairs done here and now it looks brand new. They did a great job! They even vacuumed and wiped down the interior of my car and it it looks and smells brand new. Took a week to be completed. Fast, efficient and professional. Thank you Arnold's ? ??.

I would recommend this place to anyone! They took in my car right away when I needed repairs, they are friendly, easy to work with, and very professional. My car means everything to me and they did an amazing job with the work on my car and even detailed it to finish. I’d put 10 stars if I could!

A few years ago, I purchased an SUV with a side mirror that was wobbling and not properly positioned. While driving in West Springfield, I chanced upon Arnold’s Auto Body and decided to ask for an appointment. To my surprise, the owner who was at the front desk offered to check it out immediately. With his tools in hand, he meticulously worked on it for about 15 minutes and managed to restore it perfectly. What was even more astounding was that he didn’t charge me a dime. Fast forward to today, I visited again with a new car that had a few rock chips. Without hesitation, the same gentleman offered to help, asking only that I bring in some touch-up paint. His willingness to offer time and expertise without expecting anything in return is a true testament to his character.In a world filled with cynicism, this man reminded me of the inherent goodness in people. Arnold’s Auto Body is not just a business; it’s a place where genuine kindness is at the forefront. Highly recommend!
