He makes sure to source the right (and not always the cheapest) parts that balances price and reliability. His team was super thorough in their work, even going above and beyond when they do see a surrounding issue (in my case, I had a valve cover replacement and there were a bunch of RTV and epoxy gunk leftover by shoddy, hacky fixes from the previous owner).
I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Foreign for any future BMW work with their level of expertise in the brand and level of professionalism. David made sure to explain everything in layman's terms when I wasn't familiar with something that was going on with the car and was generous enough to talk shop with me on some other unrelated issues going on in the car that wasn't part of the work order. Hands down the best BMW shop experience I've had in my 9 years ownership of various BMWs!”
