On October 12. 9:48am i called to get some information and the guy who answered the phone didn't let me finish talking he just hung up. Very rude of him that's not a way to attract customers.

Eric and the Imperial team is our GO TO for all our company's clothing. They have done almost everything from shirts,to hats,jackets and even gym bags! We have been using them for over 15 years. They are a joy to work with and will make you look great!

My first experience was not good. I was contacted by Imperial and asked to give them a chance to make things right. I did and I am glad they were willing to work to rectify the situation. The second time my order was perfect and ready on time. There was plenty if communication and they went above and beyond
