I highly recommend the Boston Tutoring Center for private school prep. We used both an ISEE tutor as well as used Mike Brennan for interview and application support. Both were outstanding. Our son got in to all 3 schools he applied for. Great services and well worth the money! Absolutely reduces the stress to both the parents and the students. So thankful we did this!! Thank you Anne and team!!

We have worked with two tutors from Boston Tutoring preparing our kids for ISEE tests. Alexandra is very responsive, professional, quick to respond. Both tutors were more than qualified, very responsible and kids really liked working with them. I especially want to mention Mike who worked so hard yet in age appropriate ways with our son.

I would highly recommend Boston Tutoring Center (BTC), not merely because of their thorough preparation for standardized tests, but also for their tailored academic enhancement programs and school consultation. BTC provides parents the benchmarks, diagnostic tools, and customized programs to strengthen children's learning capability. We greatly appreciate Mrs. Yount's insightful knowledge and advice about the current landscape of high school applications. BTC's programs addressed my child's academic weaknesses and brought out his strengths.After an initial assessment, BTC offered us two types of help. The first part was weekly one-on-one tutoring, which focused on academic work, training my child to form good habits of learning as well as test-taking. The second part of the BTC program was a highly individualized consultation. Mrs. Yount had a comprehensive review with my child about many aspects of high school applications and patiently worked with him to improve his presentations. She provided advice to us, helping to narrow down the best-fit high schools. She also kindly accommodated our schedule changes.BTC has gone beyond helping my child to improve test-taking skills. It has delivered the best result we could have hoped for. Moreover, BTC helped my child to gain confidence and equipped him with the skills that he will need later for college applications. Among many tutoring programs, BTC was the best choice for my child.

We used Boston Tutoring Center for ISEE prep. My daughter worked with Rena Tobias who was an excellent tutor—she was very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about my daughter’s success. Thanks to BTC my daughter got accepted into Boston Latin School and two top private schools in the Boston area. We were thrilled with the results and can’t say enough good things about Boston Tutoring Center. The owner, Anne Yount, takes great care of her clients. She guided us throughout the entire process — she was crystal clear about expectations and kept us informed on a weekly basis about our daughter’s progress. She always made sure we understand what it takes to get into a good exam school and managed to keep our daughter engaged and interested in learning.We are already looking forward to working with Anne and her team again for SAT prep. Boston Tutoring Center is an excellent center and we highly recommend it to anyone who’d like to get into a highly desirable exam school. They truly care about the success of their students!

Boston Tutoring Center helped both my sons for ISEE preparation and consulting services. My sons' scores increased after the preparation and both were admitted to a top private school. Anne and her team is excellent. Anne is honest with you and is very helpful in the process. I appreciate her and her team's help!
