They told us it would be a one day job, had availability and added our chimney to be repointed within a week. Very clean and thorough and the chimney looks great. Our neighbors even commented on what a great job they did. We would definitely hire them again.

Blue Utility van with their name on it driving like a maniac on the VFW Pky rushing to Home Depot..weaving in & out of traffic came very close to hitting me. Obviously arrogant employees. I wish my dash cam was working.

In my opinion, the owner in particular, is very rude and completely unprofessional. I have not had a decent experience in communicating with him. I can not say this speaks for the rest of his employees, however, for a business owner to talk to anyone the way he has spoken to not only me, but other acquaintances as well, doesn't say much for the type of business he runs. Not only would I never recommend his business, also I would never allow him on my property. He spoke to others, and me in a very degrading, rude, uncalled for manner.

This is a good company. The company reps are responsive, on time, true to their estimates, and their work is very good. The one aspect of this company that I am NOT a fan of is that their prices do NOT include sealing the brick, concrete, stone work as part of their estimates. They tell you that they're trying to save you money. Truth of the matter is that without sealing the work, you've just wasted a lot of money because their work disintegrates rather quickly after one winter. I have now seen this in the work they did at my place, my neighbor's home, and at a friend's home.
