Brought a wedding dress here and was told everything would be tailored for $400 but was charged $450 and the seamstress didn’t do the bussel at all. When I picked it up she told me it had too much material and to try going to a wedding dress place after she had already said she could do it when it was dropped off. She was rude on the phone and hung up on us when trying to discuss this afterwards. Will not be coming back

This is an old school cash only cleaners that I use mostly for press only services but they also do good work on dry cleaning when I need it. They do a great job and prices are reasonable.

Quick Service! Had a button sewed on and the women downstairs sewed it on the spot and didn't charge me. Would recommend this place and definitely will be coming back!

Best tailors around! Hubby, though cute, has no tush at all and I was so tired of his droopy drawers. Seamstress there took in the seat of about 10 pair of dress pants and they all fit him beautifully now. We moved from Newton to Wayland a while back and still trek back to Baker Street for all our alterations. Good prices too.

I've been going here for a long time. Clothes are always ready on time and I love the seamstress she, always does a great job shortening my jeans and dress pants.

After being a customer for over 20 years, I was surprised to have many of my winter sweaters returned with multiple moth holes. What was more upsetting was the dismissive and discourteous response by the owner who basically called me a liar. Even though a receipt indicated my clothes were there in storage. I don't need the money, but could have used some courtesy.

After moving, we dropped off a comforter and were told it would be ready on Saturday (4 days later). On Saturday, we were told it would be ready Tuesday. On Tuesday, we were told Wednesday. Finally got to pick it up, and it still has a smell to it, so we have to take it elsewhere. I'm left wondering whether it even got cleaned. The customer service wasn't friendly, and it seemed like picking up my comforter was a major inconvenience to them. Nothing about the experience here was positive.
