I am really grateful for Ashmont. My cleaners for almost a decade recently closed and I was looking for a new place to patronize. I decided to try Ashmont Cleaners because they open at 7 and are down the street from my gym. I have used them three times in the last few weeks, getting suits, dress shirts and an overcoat cleaned and have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of cleaning, the reasonable pricing and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I would definitely recommend.

Never going here again. I brought two pairsof scrub pants to have an elastic band added and to be taken in. Was charged $30 ($15 per pair). Get them home and only pant has had an elastic added and it just doesn’t fit the way the pair they did a year ago for me does. So I went back. The seamstress told me it took her almost 3 hours to do one pair (seemingly to make me feel badly) and that “she did them” and when I asked about taking the fabric in she told me that’s not possible and insinuated it was because of my weight that it didn’t sit right.I went out to the car in tears. my fiancé and mom encouraged me to go back in andI was given a $15 refund. The whole experience has me wicked upset. I just wanted scrub pants that fit since they’re the only kind of pants I can wear right nowService: Alterations
