Had a gift card & stopped in here last week to inquire on smoke accessories. Unfortunately their internet was down so they were cash only that day. The girl working there was very friendly & told us that if we came back on a Wednesday that we'd get the 20% "hump day" discount. That's exactly what we did. It was a different girl working who was also very friendly & knowledgeable. We got what we needed at a fair price. I LOVE good customer service & it's not easy to find these days. I would shop here again & recommend others to do do as well

Nice store, but some of the products are wet in their packaging and degrading. Some of the round toys have flat portions because of poor care

The manager Genevieve went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident walking out with some goodies to try with my partner, it was great to see how she prioritized my welcoming and strived to ensure I was comfortable and at easy . Jemma was amaaaaazing! Greated us as soon as we walked in and gave us all the details on what we were looking at in the store. Walked out with more goodies then we planned. Will be back soon!

I have shopped here in the past and had mildly bad experiences but it was fine because of its convenience. Except for today. The male employee always has a weird vibe but today he really sent it home. I came in to this shop with a friend to give her some advice. After browsing the shop for about 30mins with no intervention about IDs or ages or any mention of the sort we decided to purchase something and the male cashier asked for an id and said it was illegal to sell a sex toy to someone under 18 years old. I am over 18 years old with an id and everyone in our party was with some form of identification and 18+ and we were denied service after a condensing and belittling speech about how sex shops are run like liquor stores. It is fully legal to sell a sex toy to someone over the age of 13 in mass and we are all over 18. I have shopped here before with the same cashier and he has sold me things without any id. I do not know what happened. As women we felt sexually shamed and we were literally yelled at as we left the shop. Very disappointed. Its legally to sell a sex toy to someone over 18 years old but illegal to refuse service

Let me just start by saying I have never left a review before about anything.I have shopped here many times for many years. The products carried and the customer service has always been good.About a month ago I went in looking for something and after looking at a few things this very bubbly, friendly, beautiful and very knowledgeable woman walked over to me and introduced herself as Kim and asked if I needed any help. I was a little hesitant because it was a woman but after talking to her for a few I felt 100% comfortable talking to her about what I was looking for. I ended up getting something completely new and a lot more money than I was expecting to spend and didn’t even really know existed. It did end up being an awesome choice.So I went in this week because I wanted to look at something different that I had seen online. When I walked in I noticed that Kim was working. I immediately knew that she would be very helpful. So long story short what I was looking for I could not find out on the floor in the display. Kim immediately said “hold on honey, let me just check a few places and look out back. “ She started opening drawers and running around and she went out back in about five minutes later she came out with the exact product I was looking for. She then explained to me that it was Hump Day and what that meant and signed me up for the A-list.Kim makes it very easy and very comfortable to go in there and shop. I feel she’s very honest and extremely knowledgeable. She is also extremely stunning ( sorry not trying to be rude or disrespectful just stating a fact) Between her personality and her beauty it makes shopping there that much better. There’s not many people in customer service that are like her. Because of her she always gets me to spend more money than I planned on lol but everything she advises is always awesome. Honestly, between her and the products you carry that is why I will always continue to shop here.I’m sorry this is so long but like I stated earlier this is my first time ever leaving a review but I just think Kim and this store needed to be mentioned. She really is awesome.

They were in a convenient location, they had a wide variety of products for beginners as well as advanced sex toys and the staff was extremely helpful without being intrusive
