He pushed me at the right times and made himself available for questions whenever I wanted to continue our workout routines outside of our time together. With his help, I feel encouraged to continue my health journey at WOW.”

I have never been very athletic or engaged in physical activities but fireclycle made me love exercising and taking better care of myself.
The classes are very entertaining, the instructors are fantastic and very motivated. I could not recommend this place enough!”
“Romel really shows the importance of starting by learning good form instead of just jumping into heavily lifting immediately. Recommend to anyone looking to get into fitness and to better themselves.”
“The instructors at My Gym are fantastic at keeping my 2.5 and 4-year-olds engaged in a small class environment! Special shout out to Coach Maui and Coach Marcus for always putting a smile on their faces. They skillfully encourage the kids to move and sing, all while honing their coordination, social skills, and physical activity. My children eagerly anticipate their My Gym sessions every week!”
“I really like the place because the routine it combines Pilates with weights and it has helped me a lot to have a slimmer and healthier body and that makes me feel very good. Poli is an excellent coach, she always helps and motivates you, I highly recommend ?”
“I cannot say enough great things about D1 - from their workouts, their facility, their staff everything has been amazing. I have learned so much regarding nutrition and exercising that I never knew before (and I was a dedicated high school athlete). If you are looking for a gym that is personable and really dedicated to you this is the place to go! The owner of the gym is even involved in the workouts every day! I highly recommend giving D1 a try - you won't regret it! It is a true investment in yourself and your health journey.-Katie Morales”

235 High St, Waltham“I had just moved to the area and was looking for a new gym back in October. Boston Underground was the perfect fit. The strength camps work best for my goals, and the coaches have all been amazing. They make you feel like part of the family from the start and provide individual attention to help you perfect your movements and get the most out of your workout.”
“I’ve been coming to Invictus Fenway since my next door CrossFit location closed almost two years ago. It has been a great experience with an amazing group of coaches, incredible schedule and solid programming. I’ve had the opportunity to drop in almost every CrossFit location I traveled to, either nationally or internationally. I’ve seen amazing boxes and the Invictus Fenway is definitely one of these amazing places (I know I’m biased ?since it is my home gym).”
6AM - 8PM
215B Salem St, Medford“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Reimagym and the whole team there. It really does feel like you stumbled into some magical realm where your identities and your body are celebrated for who you are right now, not some fantasy of what you could become if you just work hard enough.
Working out with the people at Reimagym is so, so special. The camaraderie is something that must be felt to be believed. As a fat person, I’ve had so many gym experiences where I felt invisible at best and humiliated at worst. Reimagym is a balm for those wounds and I’m so happy I found them. Big big love! Rainbow infinity stars for the whole team! (Bonus: Hector the Gym Dog is the cutest sweetest boy and will make your day better, guaranteed)”
“I started going to MBSC when I was in middle school and now I’m in grad school. I go to the adult group with my mom now, and we have so much fun. I have had different coaches and they are all amazing. I love Megan because she is always challenging me and is very encouraging. She also does chin-ups with me to help motivate me. Steve is good too.”
“I am not the most athletic guy, but I've been coming here for almost two months to do the "Punches and Crunches" class. What I have found is a gym full of supportive, passionate, and motivated people who want everyone around them to succeed. You should give this place a shot, even if the idea of a boxing gym is intimidating for you!”

40 Jones Rd, Waltham“This is my 3rd CrossFit community (to accommodate my work locations) and I couldn’t be happier to have landed here. The staff truly goes out of their way, during and outside of class, to deliver top-notch service and get to know their clients. Nothing makes me more proud than seeing the community embrace a new first-time member, then watching that member succeed and learn to love all they are capable of. Special shout out to coaches Steven and Scott for your unwavering support and passion for making great experiences.”

5:30AM - 7:30PM
166B Riverview Ave, Waltham“Dropped into CFN twice this week and have nothing but positive feelings about this place. Classic CrossFit class format with stretching, strength, and a metcon. Worked with coaches Alayna and Jack. Both couldn’t be more friendly and attentive to the athletes/community. Witnessed them assist adapt the workouts for newer athletes as well as critique the more seasoned gym-goers. CFN also has a very welcoming community which always enhances the overall fitness experience. Plenty of room, clean facility, and amazing people. Would strongly recommend for anyone living in the area looking for fun yet challenging workouts or dropping in for a couple of days. Thanks for having me, I’ll be back.”
“I love OTF Westwood! I have moved a few times since joining OTF and have really felt so at home at the Westwood location. Christen and the other coaches really take the time to get to know you and celebrate and promote your successes (in and out of the studio).”
“I have been a client at Activate since it’s start and feel that Julie and Daniel are the best in the business. They have extensive knowledge of fitness and how to train and the experience to know when to push me to do better without injury or real discomfort. Activate is a very unique little gym that is personal, private and quiet. I am an older client who feels very safe in their workout environment and with them. Working on both my fitness and nutrition with Julie and Daniel is a seamless overlap and gives me the motivation and accountability I need. Having regular scheduled appointments works best for me and their facility is convenient, well equipped and set up for all types of training and fitness work. They make it fun. Nancy N”

“The best gym I have ever been to! It has a climbing area, basketball court (they also play volleyball there), racquetball courts, multiple table tennis boards, fitness classes, fitness assessment room, powerlifting area, CrossFit area, stretching area, weight machines and cardio room, private family rooms with cardio machines, indoor track, and so on. There are tennis courts, soccer, and baseball fields near the gym with outdoor running track. They offer free classes and multiple gaming/sporting/health events. They also have weekly club events. Lots of free weights and squat racks are usually available. The gym is clean and spacious. This is my favorite gym!”
“This my favorite place to workout. I have been doing the regular big gym memberships on and off for years. But here, I feel the personal attention and coaching has been bar-none. I'm love being there and I always push myself a little more than I would by myself. Jesse is a very knowledgeable trainer and more importantly, a good friend. Everyone is welcome and you feel that in the atmosphere. Definitively not your average gym. My day at Ignite Fitness is always my favorite day of the week.”
“One of my favorite gyms in the area! Always such a welcoming and inclusive space, and I love Coach P's approach to working out. They are super intentional, attentive, and knowledgeable. Phenomenal business! :)”
6:00 AM - 8:00 PM
300 Salem St, Woburn“I was in town for the week for meetings. I came by the 530am WOD twice while in town. The programming was good, the coaching was great! Coach Brandon focused on form and position and did a good job at catering to those who could do RX or RX+ as well as those who had to scale each pert of the workout. Everybody was very friendly. I recommend coming by.”
4 - 7PM 8AM - 1PM
471 Harvard St, Brookline“Every trainer here is so nice and helpful! They make you feel comfortable and like you belong even if you’ve never done kickboxing before (i’m horrible but they are always there to teach and support you). The area is not too big so they are able to look after how everyone is doing while also working individually with people for a moment to help or demonstrate the moves. I somewhat hurt my knee because i’m clumsy and when i went into the gym to workout they modified any exercise that hurt my knee and spent time checking in about my pain levels all week. Overall it’s a really fun and motivating place to get a good workout!”
“Excellent gym, a must-visit in the area if you're a weightlifter, powerlifter, or functional fitness bro.My first day training there was at 6am on a Tuesday morning, almost immediately I had 2 people introduce themselves. It's great to see a great gym with such a welcoming community.During my second session I also had the pleasure of the owner introducing himself as he seems to pride himself on knowing who everyone is.More gyms need to follow the example set by this one.”
“I'm a Starting Strength member from Indiana and was able to get a lift in while visiting. Gym was clean, well lit and spacious. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever moved to the boston area this is where I would lift.”
