I have these washer/dryers in the program that I live in. I love how you can use the app to pay for your load of laundry using a card rather than quarters! It also alerts me when the laundry is done so I can get it done promptly. Super convenient!

This place is quick to fix any issues, and also is convenient with the app and credit card options at the machines! So much better than the last company my apartment complex worked with! I'm very satisfied with their service!

I like the idea of the card to pay for laundry. I dont have to worry about finding the cash i just automatically add the money to the card at the beginning of the month and im good till next month..I am having a hard time loading the app to my phone that is only problem i have

Update 4/12/2024: The terminal in my building was down, meaning the only way to do my laundry was to find another building to refill. Ridiculous. Furthermore, they need to allow custom amounts to be loaded through the terminal, rather than fixed increments that don’t even correspond to multiples of laundry prices that annoyingly suddenly increased. Dropping from 5 to 2 stars.Original from January 2024: The card payment system works smoothly in my building, as does the recharging station in the laundry room. I haven’t used the online recharging yet.

Overpriced. The washer in my building is small & old. Unlike the newer version of the Speed Queens. The prices are just way too high for the quality of the washer. App is easy to navigate, however. Wish there were more options to receive Free Credits or Bonus Credits, whatever you wanna call it! My laundry card doesn't have CVV & no other options to add a card w/o one & I just don't have the time or energy to call the hotline number. So I wish there was another option to add your card!

These machines break down all the time for a variety of reasons. Today for instance I put in a couple loads of laundry have it ready to go and the network is down. Customer service doesn’t bother to pick up the phone and you have to leave messages. I’m so sick of these machines

There are so unreliable, take ages to fix broken machines and when they do finally send after 3 months of no working laundry machines they send imitations or fake maintaince men who can't fix machines back to work . It's now more than 4 months and the complex laundry machines are not working. I WISH THERE WAS A ZERO STAR
