Officer Matthew Ritvo Cabezas is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional! He is dangerous because his ego is out of control. He needs additional training or a different career. You are law enforcement not feelings enforcement! May be a few classes in how to talk to the public. I don’t think he’s matured past 14 years...
