We arrived later in the day only to find out they were all but sold out, but the staff was incredibly nice and was able to help us find a Christmas tree among the few remaining. First class service!

There weren't many trees left but they welcomed us when we showed up close to closing time. After we cut down a beautiful tree they were friendly and helpful. The gentleman helped us tie the tree to our car. This is a yearly tradition and we had a great experience.

This was our first time coming here to get our Christmas Tree it was a nice tree farm not much of different style of trees available at the time but we picked a nice Norman spruce and it's still up and nice and green. I will take it down after New Year's Eve

I usually go further to Chestnut Mountain Tree Farm in Hatfield Ma however, we didn't have time for a long drive this year so we went to Crane Neck instead. This place is the Honey Pot Hill of Christmas Tree farms. Crowded. No parking. Expensive. No help getting the tree to your car. No little carts for dragging trees and you have to walk quite a bit. Oh, did I mention cash only? Why this place was recommended by the Globe is beyond me. We ended up driving away because we didn't have enough cash. Less than 1/4 mile is Evergreen Christmas Tree farm. Small, tree carts, parking as well as $15 less per tree. Do not waste your money at Crane Neck. When you see the sign for Evergreen right before Crane Neck, go there. And if you want a better tree experience, take the extra drive west to Chestnut Mountain Tree Farm, free cider, free cookies, sleigh rides, bathrooms, they tie the tree to your car, nice people - oh and they take cards. It's well worth it.

I cut down and bought a beautiful Douglas fir for only $50. The location in West Newbury was gorgeous, I enjoyed the drive there and the whole experience. The people working there were extremely pleasant and helpful. I will be back next year.

They had someone directing you right away from when you arrived. They provide saws and a cart to carry your tree back. Very friendly! They wrapped the tree and helped me put it on the rack of my car. Recommend this place for everyone. No lines, had a wide selections from small to big trees! ??

My fiancée and I went to Crane Neck Farm’s Church Street location and it was awesome! We had gone to a different tree farm earlier and were disappointed with the selection, so we looked on Google and decided to give it a try. This place exceeded expectations! The staff was very helpful and friendly, they had a huge selection of trees, and the prices were reasonable. We will be returning here next year!
