“LePage's Auto Wholesale is a business built on integrity. I wanted to replace my 2010 Honda Element after mine had been totaled in a hit and run. I was frustrated at the situation and just wanted my car back. I found almost my exact vehicle, with lower miles at LePage's. I drove 2.5 hours from CT to look at it and then on a second trip, bought the vehicle. At the time of purchase, the power door locks would only respond intermittently to the button on the door or the remote. LePage's put in writing that they would warranty it past the standard warranty they offer. We just needed it to fail completely in order to properly troubleshoot it. So I took the vehicle. Multiple times it appeared to fail completely and LePage's stood by their promise. They paid my local mechanic to try and fix it. When that didn't work, they told me to bring it back to them. They repaired it free of charge and paid for my rental and even drove me back and forth to the rental company.
This is what "standing by your sale" looks like. If every auto reseller treated their customers this way, the thought of buying a car would not be so anxiety ridden for so many people.

“I backed into a tree and quite literally crushed my rear quarter, I got a very reasonable estimate from Sal and it took about a week or two to fix. Awesome customer service and he is very honest, and super helpful. I don't think I'd go anywhere else. Not to mention when I got my car back everything on the inside and outside was cleaned and vacuumed! I could not recommend this place more, seriously the best place to go if you get into a fender bender!!”

“Scott knows everything automotive. If they don't have a part, they can often get it same day. Responses to some criticisms in other reviews: Maybe prices aren't always better than what you see online. But you can buy online for whatever price and pick up in store. However, as a repeat customer, they always take care of me. Additionally, the parts they sell are generally better than the stuff you get at AutoZone, etc. Some lines they won't even sell. It isn't a corporate store. Pricing isn't always the same. That works to your advantage too. Sometimes things are cheaper. And they can get things from vendors outside of NAPA. You also get a huge knowledge base and can ask questions. This is priceless. Someone also complained about not being able to return something they already installed and without a receipt. That's typically how it works with most mechanical and electrical things. Why should they take back parts that you installed but then didn't need. That's diagnosing problems on their dime using parts they have to sell used. Don't buy parts you don't need.”

“Had a great experience at Haverhill Ford....I'd been looking for a certain truck for a few months and came across Haverhill Ford while searching online. I live in CT but happened to be in New Hampshire on vacation when I found the truck. I called and they assured me it was still on the lot. I took a drive down (1 hour ride) and upon arrival I was great by Manny Gomez...They had the truck ready knowing I was coming in. Quick conversation and we were off for a test drive. Back at the showroom, Manny and I sat and reviewed some numbers. We were quickly able to reach an agreement. I purchased the truck. I was a little concerned on how the process would work being from out of state. Manny any walked me through everything. Transaction was seamless. Manny personally drove the truck to the DMV here is CT where I met him and we finalized the registration. I couldn't be happier with the truck and the experience....
I'd definitely consider them again in the future if I'm in the market for a new car/truck....Any by the way their inventory of trucks and bronco's was very impressive....”
