78 Sunderland Rd, Amherst“North Amherst Motors did an outstanding job with my car. Accidents happen and of course it’s never what anyone wants to have to deal with, but North Amherst made the entire process so smooth! They work with many insurance companies and are familiar with the process, so they worked well with my appraiser and adjuster. As for their work, my car looks like new! They also cleaned it all up inside, paying great attention to detail. One unfortunate piece of this experience was that a part was on back order, but the team kept in touch and updated me throughout while I waited for my car to be finished. I drive a Honda and North Amherst Motors is Honda certified. That’s how I found them. My car is practically a computer, but they knew their stuff when it came to calibrating everything once my car was put back together. I will definitely recommend North Amherst Motors to everyone looking for auto body work, no matter what make of car they drive. Thank you, North Amherst Motors!!!”
“Walking in trying to fix my fender wall let me could at least drive a while before replacing all the parts. They fixed it real quick and nicely, free of charge, definitely coming back for my car body repair when I’m free! Thank you so much!”
“Fort Hill was absolutely amazing! Such friendly people and amazing customer service. They always answered the phone when I called and had questions. They are super helpful and extremely professional. Highly recommend!”

“Best service under the circumstances. They no longer interact with Mapfre Insurance, probably because of my case, indirectly, maybe? That said, when I picked up my car, it was like brand new. We're talking 2016 Subaru here. Drives like a dream, spotless inside and out. Fantastic customer service as well! Would use them again with a different Insurance company.”

260 College St, Amherst“Incredibly kind and helpful! I had an extremely minor issue that only took a wrench to fix but they had it fixed in ten seconds flat (didn’t even have to wait for an appointment). I so appreciated it and only felt mildly embarrassed. 100% would recommend for anyone looking for an honest mechanic - especially for those who know nothing about cars or fixing them”
“While they could not help me repair my windshield, they offered an insightful explanation as to why (Big business crushing small competition). They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable and immediately pointed me to the shop that could provide the service at a reasonable cost. While my car doesn't need immediate work, when it does, I'm bringing it to Marshall Steinbeck Collision because of this interaction. It shows that there are still some small business owners out there trying to get by, and they do so by being honest, cordial, and professional. If I could give more than five stars, I would!”
“Excellent work. Did a fiberglass repair on our fifth wheel camper and it came out great! Not many body shops around that can handle a 35 ft camper. Tim is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.”

“Dropped by Ingellis after an accident hoping for an estimate before they closed on a Friday afternoon. Instead, Matt came out and quickly bolted everything into place and refused to charge me for his time. I’ll definitely be going back here if I need more work and would recommend Ingellis to anyone! Thank you!”

130 Spring St, Florence“Excellent quality work at very reasonable prices with friendly accommodating staff. Only issue is they are so popular that you have to wait a bit to get the work done. Once they have your car they are very efficient in getting it back to you. My first choice for auto body work. Consistently excellent over the years.”

143 King St, Northampton“Safelite Northampton- particularly Jessie- was wonderful to deal with when we had to return our camper after the rubber piece surrounding the replaced windshield came loose. The rubber piece - which is cosmetic - apparently has as double-sided tape which stopped holding the piece in after severe rain and wind we experienced in our camping trip to Cape Breton. Many thanks Jessie.”
“I had some small dents, mainly on the hood of my car after a hail storm and took it to an autobody shop for repair. They said they’d need to replace the hood and paint the vehicle. I felt that was a bit excessive for about 15-20 small dents but the technician explained they don’t “push out” dents at his shop. I said something to the receptionist and she gave me the names of two other autobody shops nearby which might repair the dents without having to replace the hood. I read reviews and chose Full Tilt Auto Body & Collision in Hatfield, MA. Matt at Full Tilt said they do have someone who handles dents and after looking at the car said that would be the way to go. He was knowledgeable, friendly, explained everything and more. The receptionist, Katherine, was also very helpful, personable and responsive. I picked up my car recently and it looked like it did when I drove it off the lot when it was new. The outside looks great and they detailed the inside—clean as a whistle. Definitely recommend Full Tilt.”
