“Hats off to Lynn the owner for saving the day by finding and renting me a tuxedo jacket that fit properly after having a friend pick up my rented tux from Auburn MA only to find out last minute before a wedding that the jacket didn’t fit. Lynn also met me on her day off when the store was closed for a holiday so I could return it.”

I just want to say a sincere thank you for the exceptionally high bar of customer service reminiscent of “days gone by”, which I experienced at all the stores, but in particular, with the Chatham store.
