Very clean. Parking is very tight and I don’t recommend it if you have a large pickup truck. Older property typical of the area. Great location.

Staff is nice, but this place isn't. You can hear every single sound from connecting and rooms above...you probably won't get a goodnight sleep.

Our room had a few cockroaches living there with us. Suspicious stains on the walls, icky smell. Would not recommend.

The room assigned was very filthy. Pillows and pillow “protectors” had blood and sweat stains. The pillow “protectors” were simply cotton pillowcases with zippers, and had no moisture protection. There was old food in the fridge from the previous guest. The lounge chair was covers with grime and alcohol stains. There were holes in the spare blanket. The attendant was belligerent and the manager was also disrespectful when we asked for a better room- saying “oh, you’re looking for luxury.”They also discriminate against people with service animals. Don’t know what the manager is doing there, but they aren’t running a hotel. Don’t go here.

I picked this hotel for 2 reasons; a great mid Cape location and low rates. This motel is OLD. The owners have been here for 24 years, and bragged to me about their repeat customers. The only reason I'm sure are the low rates. The rate averaged $125 a night. Down the road in Yarmouth there is a Hampton Inn with an average rate of $250.The continental breakfast is about as cheap as they can get. Two cold cereals that didn't change, and packaged pastries. The coffee at least was good. The breakfast room is small with 2 tables and 4 chairs and needs a good cleaning. The rooms show their age with outdated carpet and paint. The TV had a black dot in it, and I tried explaining that to Mrs. Tu, one of the owners. Her husband handles maintenance while she runs the office. She didn't understand what I was talking about with the TV and I gave up.The bathroom...OMG...so small and again outdated. The ceiling is cracked and the tub is chipped. The toilet is very low, not even close to modern standards. When the room above us showered or flushed, it was so loud, like a flood above our heads. The AC was new but I couldn't get it adjusted correctly. On Eco mode at 72 degrees it was cold. When raised to 74, it wouldn't even come on. In cooling mode at 74 the room was freezing! The owners are very nice, but they need to upgrade this place between now and next year.

Stayed here in early August for the weekend. It was a short drive from the beach and close to a lot of attractions. Overall, the room was totally fine, no complaints. Checking in and out was easy, they had a nice pool, free wifi that worked without much trouble, and the front desk gave us extra towels and shampoo when we asked. Their complimentary breakfast was back when I went. Free coffee was a big deal for me, but the breakfast options were kind of limited. I still ended up still going to the food shack at the beach and the legendary Pancake Man diner for breakfast. As one of the cheaper places to stay on the Cape, it's pretty good!

Booked this for my mom who is 83 and was traveling fora wedding. LE TU and her husband David (owners)were very accommodating when I called to verify her room, arrival and check out time. When my mom arrived they were waiting and made sure she got to her room. The shower was difficult for her to turn on so they changed rooms for her to one that was easier. When mom wanted to eat dinner Tu made sure she got across the busy street and then found out the restaurant was closed. Tu then drove mom to a restaurant about a mile away and made sure she got back to the hotel. The next day my brother was picking up mom and Tu and David allowed her to stay past the check out time until he arrived and no extra charge for late check out. While the property is older, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and owners were AMAZING. Thank you for your willingness to go above and beyond!!

I travelled for work and needed a place to stay where I could drive throughout the cape easily - this was perfect. It was actually pretty quiet even though it's on one of the main roads, and there's a nice pool with loungers to relax. The owners are lovely and go out of their way to help with anything, and when I had to leave very early in the morning they even made sure I had some coffee for the road! It's a 10-15 minute walk to the West Dennis Beach, very close to grocery gas etc., and right across the road from kayak and paddleboard rentals (who were also great). If you need an affordable place to stay Mid-Cape, it's perfect.
