“Parking is kinda of a pain. You have to get a paper for your car and you can get them either a few minutes away from the beach or online. Very small public beach compared to the private beaches on both sides. Lots of seaweed and shells in mid-July. Not a big variety of shells”

“This is my “go to” place to be pampered. It always feels like Laurie and Jason are welcoming you into their home where you know you will have the best care from food, comfortable rooms, relaxing year around heated pool with fire pit to help in planning any activity on the Cape.I continually recommend Captain Freeman Inn to everyone.Rooms: Once in your room, you are surrounded by comfort. From chilled filter water available in your refrigerator to the amazing bathrooms … everything is first class.Nearby activities: Laurie and Jason are excellent tour guides. They are able to point out trails to hike, beaches to visit, rentals for bikes and boats, and fantastic places to eat.Food & drinks: Breakfast is over the top!!!! Laurie also bakes delicious treats for an afternoon snack. The Inn will also provide a charcuterie board with choice of wine as an additional add on.”

“On 3 visits in 5 years, we've stayed in 2 different rooms. The Liberty Hill always lives up to our expectations! The breakfast is incredible, rooms are charming while also having modern comforts of high quality showers (in both rooms we've stayed in) and excellent beds / mattresses. The Innkeepers are always friendly and have great tips for what to do in the area. It's very much worth the price.Rooms: We didn't think that our room could get better, and then, they renovated the bathroom and installed a new high-end shower. The mattress was just right, and we had a great night's sleep. We stayed in the Cranberry room both before and after the renovation. The rest of the room, outside of that renovated bathroom and the new mattress, was kept as the historic and charming as before.Nearby activities: There's always so much to do on the Cape, even "off-season." The Innkeepers gave us great recommendations. Plus, so many great local restaurants for lunch and dinner.Food & drinks: Everything was delicious! We've visited 3 times in the last 5 years and the breakfast is always such a treat, as good as any restaurant while in the comfort of the inn.”

“My husband and I decided to finally visit Cape Cod for our wedding anniversary. We were so impressed with this amazing little hotel. The owners are very personable and were super attentive to our every need. The rooms were incredibly clean and quite cozy. The property is beautiful. But my favorite experience is the family of goats you can visit. Only wish we came during the summer months because the pool looked very inviting. What an great stay we had!”

“The Inn is sweet. The innkeepers are very nice and have thought out so many details for our stay. We haven't been in Cape Cod in many a year, but the area is amazing with so much to see and do”

“Great place to stay, right in Dennis. Close to beaches and restaurants. They have done a nice job updating the rooms. Comfortable bed and cute desk and chairs in my room. Microwave and small fridge available in the room, but there is also a full kitchen right around the corner for everyone to use at any time. The yard is very inviting with a fire pit, grills, seating areas and hammocks. There is also a pool for guests use. I couldn't think of anything I needed, and location was very convenient. I would definitely stay there again.”

“In a good location my room was recently renovated. The bathroom tiles appeared to be new and TV had good resolution. The inn has a indoor pool and hot tub as well as a outdoor pool open in the summer. I'd stay here again the next time I'm in Yarmouth.”

“I really enjoyed staying here! Our loft was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and silverware. Small fridge and microwave if you need to bring anything back from restaurants. Two full bathrooms, one bedroom in the loft and couch pulled out to a bed. Since we went off season, a ton of places were closed for the season . The sportcenter in the community is great for all ages, they had so much to offer. Pickle ball court, tennis, arcade, art center etc… great for the little ones! The location is fabulous, close to shopping, restaurants, mini golfing, museums, entertainment centers and right off the highway! The only real downfall is there are no elevators!!! So staying on the 2nd floor and lugging up the luggage is a PITA!!Nearby activities: Mini golfing, museums, shopping, restaurantsSafety: Wrist bans are worn to gain access to rooms and buildings.Walkability: You can walk anywhere in the community or anywhere outside the communityNoteworthy details: No elevatorsGreat place for kids, but go in seasonRooms are spacious and clean.Fabulous locationPlenty of parkingEasy checking in, make sure you have your license plate number and your license.”

“We were on a bus tour so we did not have a choice where we were staying. This was a nice quiet resort. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The issue I have is that I tripped and fell near my room and hit my head. I didn't seek medical attention immediately as I didn't want to hold up the tour. Upon check out, the guy at the desk took my information and said the manager would contact me. I never heard from them. Apparently they don't care if someone gets hurt on their property. They may want to adjust the step ups from outside some of the rooms. This can be dangerous for senior citizens.”

“My family of 4 needed last-minute accomodations on the weekend after July 4th, not an easy task! We searched based on Price & found this gem. Location is fantastic, rooms are functional, staff is great. AC would be nice but they have fans & will bring more if you need them. The center rec /pool area has picnic tables outside the rooms & there are shared grills available. Definitely returning next time we head to The Cape.”

“Hotel was great, wish I had known it would be filled with little girls (hockey tournament). They were playing hockey in the hallway outside my room till almost 10pm. Didn't get to use pool or hot tub as planned because it was overly crowed with kids. Front desk was very friendly. Bed was not as firm as I liked but overall great experience. Will be back.”

“My family’s recent stay at the Cape Cod Irish Village was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire visit. Their dedication and helpfulness were truly remarkable, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. They are among the hardest working staff we have ever experienced. One of the highlights of our weekend getaway was the disco event organized by the hotel. It was a fantastic opportunity to let loose and have some fun. The music and DJs were great, the atmosphere was lively, and it provided the perfect opportunity to socialize and unwind after a busy week.In addition to the disco, the hotel offered a good range of amenities and activities. From relaxing by the pool to exploring the local area, there was never a dull moment during our stay. The accommodations were somewhat outdated but still comfortable, and the food offerings at the restaurant were very good too. We will definitely return!”

“This is not a fancy place and the decor feels a little bit 1980's but is probably really 2010. However, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was very pleasant and check in and out were easy. There are several restaurants in walking distance. It was reasonably priced compared to other places in Hyannis. It is a motor lodge, so the doors all open to the outside rather than a hallway. There was a bit of noise from the parking lot, but it was quiet all night and didn't disturb our sleep.”

“Excellent, we stayed at this Marriott for my son's wedding. We were there for two nights we received excellent service. The rooms were clean I highly recommend it.”

“Being newer to New England, I always hunt for renovated and modern stays. Bluebird Parker delivers with clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly and property was quiet. Beaches across the street are convenient with warmer waters of the Nantucket Sound. I suggest walking up the coast for a nice spot without seaweed depending on time of year. It’s a nice walk regardless. Seafood restaurant next door was nice to get takeout for beach picnic across the street. Location is convenient to mid cape attractions. Only nit is the coffee bar was pretty basic (eg tasted like Boston beans with limited non dairy creamer). And yes, fridge is small but I read that on other reviews so didn’t have missed expectations.”

“It's not the Ritz, but it's clean. It's comfortable, and for being in the off season. Quite a accommodating. I would recommend it if you're looking for just a comfortable room without all the bells and whistles, And you'll never starve. There's enough places to eat around ”

“Always enjoy our off season visit to the Cape and have been staying at The Tidewater Inn regularly since 2008. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The view of Lewis Bay is lovely. The indoor pool is warm and inviting.Nearby activities: 5 minute drive to beaches. Lots of great dining options on Rte. 28 along with mini-golf in season.”

“This was our second time staying here. The location is great, but the rooms need a little attention. The wall paper is peeling, the carpet fraying where it meets the tile, a picture was missing with the hook left in place on the wall, and not shown here but the tub had a cracked tile and did not drain well while showering. Within a few minutes of showering, the water would be ankle deep and took several minutes to drain out after the water was shut off. Our room was clean, and the housekeepers did a great job.Nearby activities: There are a lot of dining and family activities nearby.”
