There's nothing to review. The Fire Bell store closed down in October of this year. It doesn't matter now, since it wasn't even a Florida shop anyhow. It was in West Dennis, Massachusetts.

Heather and her late father Jack have kept this little shop going for many years! It’s a small shop off the beaten path and has great police, fire and EMS collectibles! The shop has giftables for current first responders, retirees, and those that are enthusiasts! Heather is doing a great job keeping up with inventory on the website! I’ve been shopping at The Fire Bell for the past 15 years!

Went on web site for hours stating opened at noon. Arrived shortly after 12 pm found a note stating will open at 1 pm. Returned at 1 pm still closed even though it said open doors were locked. Needless to say not a happy customer after traveling over an hour to possibly find a few treasures. Have now lost a potential customer online as well

We came to the Fire Bell during a visit to the Cape on Monday the 30th. The website stated that they would be opening at noon. We got there a little after that only to find a sign saying that they would be opening at 1:00. OK, fine, we killed 45 minutes at another nearby shop and came back at 1:00. When we got there, the lights were off and the door was locked. Tried again 15 minutes later with the same result . At this point, we decided that they didn't want our business and we left. And it's too bad because we'd planned on spending a decent amount of money for whatever treasures we could find. If you don't want to open for the day, that's fine, but you should show some courtesy and at least update your website with the correct hours. Not only did they lose an in-person customer but an online one as well.

Earlier this week I made the 1 hour trip down to the Fire Bell to pick up an order I placed online. My husband is a fireman in Massachusetts and trying to find collectible “fire” items for Father’s Day has been tough especially with the Covid-19 restrictions. I had first talked with the owner Jack on the phone regarding shipping and curbside pickup. I learned that this store is a “mom and pops” store, ran by Jack who is in his 80’s (he is still as sharp as a tack) and they sh

The coolest little Fire/EMS/Police novelty store in the state! Mainly geared towards the fire service however does have an assortment of items pertaining to EMS and Police. Owner is elderly and is extremely nice and wonderful to chat with. Extensive kids toys section with deatailed and realistic matchbox fire trucks. A definite hit for anyone who is in/retired from/looking to get into or just likes to buff emergency services. Store is somewhat hidden from the main road and looks like a private residence from the street as it is part of the owners house.
