I love all the Ladies at my Post Office including my Post Mistress Matti . They are extremely diligent. As an online seller I can 100% trust that my parcels will be scanned into the system which is extremely important to me. They take their responsibilities very seriously.

I've only visited this location a few times, but most recent experience wasn't the greatest. It really depends on who assists you. I've had positive experiences, but also negative. I stopped in for stamps, and nobody was at the counter (common occurrence at many local post offices). I rang the bell after waiting a few moments & a clerk did come to the counter to help me. As she assisted me, she was on the phone with what appeared to be a personal call (not work/business related). Nobody was behind me in line, so I proceeded to apply my 3 stamps to their envelopes, then I asked whether to give them to her, but she more or less took them without comment, as she was clearly preoccupied by her phone call. I then thought to buy a book of stamps, but it was so distracting with her being on the phone while helping me, I chose not to. I'm not saying she can't use the phone at work, but personal calls would be better between customers! It's a bit rude to wait on someone while on the phone. It's actually a bit peculiar how if customers were using their phone during a transaction, it would be considered offensive, yet it's acceptable for staff to do so? She really should've put down the phone, it's not like the person on the other end couldn't have waited the two seconds it would've taken to help me & provide the adequate attention that customers deserve. I could tell it was a personal call, because she was mentioning something about a particular teacher, so I'm assuming this may have been related to her child's school. Time & place folks.

The Post Mistress is as nasty as they say. The other workers are courteous but the head worker is rude, aggressive and demeaning. Regardless of the customer she's speaking with or their query she will snap at them, is very scornful and degrading. That behavior is inexcusable. I've never written a review before, but I was so struck by the unpleasant situations I've experienced and witnessed as she spoke to others that I thought I'd weigh in. It makes going to the Post Office, which is a simple task, a very unpleasant venture. Such a shame really.

The woman that works there with the 80s hair cut needs to take A LOT of training on how to talk to people. She comes off rude and miserable. My husband and I bought a PO Box a few months ago because we travel for work and are gone for long periods of time. She suggested that we get a po box because it is easier for them to hold it when we are gone. She told us that she would make sure our mail was taken care of and if our mail box was getting full she would put it aside in a container for us until we got home. She even said she would put the PO Box on her side. So I go there today to pick up our mail thinking I would have a huge container full of mail, like I always do after being away for almost 2 months, and she hands me a handful of mail. I said we must have more than that, and she said nope that was it. I told her when we bought the po box that we were leaving for work the very next day and would need to put it on hold. She made it seem that it would be taken care of. Today she says there wasn't a hold for our po box and the mail she handed me was all of it. Now, we bought a po box so things would be a lot easier for us and the post office. Somehow the experience has gotten worse. Not only did we pay for a full year upfront for the po box, thinking our mail would be taken care of, but it looks like most of our mail from the time we left has been sent back to the senders. Very disappointed in this and the lack of communication from that woman makes me dread going back to get my mail.
