Had an appointment forgot about it. But they text you a reminder, they never texted me and now I have to give non-refundable deposits. They texted me a month before that I had an appointment went in turned out to be a different customers appointment.

I love everything about this salon... From being treated as soon as you walk in the door, the warm lavender towels around your neck and the snack and drinks provided.... They make you feel special while there. I love this place and will go back....
