Excellent place. Had a wonderful time at their fireplace feast. Tons of very good food. You will not leave hungry. Drinks were on the pricy side, but they pour generously and make very good drinks. Staff went out of their way to ensure every guest had a good time.Dietary restrictions: Staff go out of their way to make the meal fit your dietary needs. Had a person at our table with a dietary restriction and witnessed staff change out every portion of the meal that needed to be with a very appetizing substitute. Staff did a good job of making the substitutions without making a big deal of it.

It's not very often I give out five stars! So loved coming here for supper, the atmosphere and staff are excellent. We were so lucky to be seated next to one of the fireplaces, the gloomy day simply melted away from the warmth and smell of the fireplace. This was our first time here and we came right when they opened. We did not make reservations but be warned! In under an hour the parking lot was full, so be sure to call and make a reservation!Food and presentation was spot on, portion size was worth the price and I got to have a desert I've not had since I was a kid, Indian Pudding! And it was exactly as I remember! This will become our "special treat" place to dine going forward.Getting here was so nice as well, you are on secondary routes and backroads, no rush to get there, no people cutting you off or traffic jams. Just beautiful small towns, nice roads and a glimpse of how less stressful life can be.Google search around and you can also find a few other places to check out as well and make it a full day of adventure!

we went for the fireside feast, had a great time, unfortunately it was raining so we missed out on the hay ride but we were served appetizers instead so that was a treat! quite the fun experience. i hear there are some bed n breakfast places in the area too, will look into that the next time for a longer stay in the area, which is beautiful!

Went last night with a friend. I ordered the surf and turf and they got the maple jack chicken. All veggies were cold. Filet was cooked beyond well when I ordered medium rare. After about only eating very little of dinner, we both thought the food was very heavy, was not sitting well. And then, yes, both of us ended up getting sick on our ride home. Nothing like vomiting your dinner up on your way home. No thank you!!!

The Inn had the old fashioned homey warmth. I enjoyed the horse sleigh ride and prime rib was good.

The only reason why it's 4-stars and not 5 was because even though they say you can get a fish entree during lent (which is a very good salmon dish). They neglect to say anywhere on their menu that their seafood chowder is made with pork. Also, they unfortunately had to cancel the wagon ride due to the mud and served hors d'oeuvres instead. But once again, no vegetarian/fish option for that. I would still recommend it, just not During the Lenten Season.

Delicious prime rib and squash muffins to die for. Our server was Dawn and she was lovely. Decorated so pretty and all the fire places made it so cozy and warm.
