Absalutly terrible customer service. Answers phone like a child and has no clue about his job. Called at 9:20 on Sunday 8/20/2023. I was hung up on as well. Never go here no one knows what there doing

As always- Awesome service! Had a lawn mower battery die after a few months. Without any questions & not even having the receipt, they tested, charged and retested and even offered options if there was further issues. Assured they will make right by all purchases, I wanted to share on google another great experience from NAPA West Brookfield...great people. Thank you again!

Napa is one of the best places for your auto care needs. They are friendly, efficient & professional. Need oil? They'll help you find what kind you need for your vehicle. Windshield wipers? They can also help you choose which ones are best for you. They seem to know what they're doing in many areas & also try to help you save money by offering the least expensive products, unlike other auto stores that try convincing you to purchase the more expensive brands or products. They're usually knowledgeable & honest, which I really like. They also don't try to sell you things that you don't need or aren't interested in, unlike other similar stores. I've always had positive experiences with Napa. They're also usually quick, so a stop here doesn't take up too much of your time. They do their best to assist customers in a kind & courteous manner.

I went in there an bought a gas cap $16.00 I tried it in the store parking lot and it didn’t solve the problem. They will not give me a refund. This is not right.
