Quaboag Book Shop, also known as The Book Bear, is a fairly big bookstore that is anything but little, located in a warehouse lined floor to ceiling with shelves of books. It offers an amazing selection of hundreds of books, including mystery, fiction, history, the occult, geography, and antique books. The collection is well organized, with lots of amazing stuff and hidden gems to find. Prices are great and reasonable. The staff are friendly, clearly passionate, and knowledgeable about all things books, offering honest service. It is an excellent quiet bookshop where visitors can get lost for hours. It is a used book lover’s dream and not to be missed, highly recommended as a priority pit stop in central Massachusetts. They do accept card now.
The Book Bear is the actual name. It was formerly located in a delightfully creepy house a few doors down. Lots of amazing stuff, and the staff are clearly passionate and knowledgeable about all things books!

this is the best bookstore I have ever seen I am mystery and fiction but whatever you like history the occult geography anything you want he has it too much to mention everything but prices are great and if you been looking for it he probably has it. Friendly people nothing bad about this place
