Went to go buy a vehicle from them. When I offered to send them a wire for the vehicle, they asked me if I was going to send a Western Union.. Clearly, this dealer has no idea what they’re doing because they were also trying to jump titles and sell me a vehicle that someone else owned. That’s pretty darn illegal. Stay away from this dealer.

Horrible customer service, pulled into his extremely small yard and couldnt park anywhere other than in front of then door. I walked in to see someone. Was met with a very hostile 'that needs to move' before I even had time to explain why I was there. He then continued to boss and order us around like cattle. Not to mention it took around 45 minutes for a routine inspection in a disgusting waiting room filled with peoples trash and flies. Do not go here.

Just spent six thousand dollars undoing the damage from this shop. Do yourself a favor. Keep driving to a different shop. AFTER installing a new oil pump which failed upon return for them to fix the failed oil pump, they tried yelling at me about the car being so low on oil. Um, you replaced my oil pump and YOU didn’t put clean oil in? My first request when I dropped my car off the very first time was an oil change. I was charged for an oil change but apparently I had old oil and barely any oil AFTER being charged for an oil change. Stay away.

Im just an honest mechanic looking for an Suv, this place has a Yukon on facebook for $10,000, so i went to check it out, knew after a few mins it was junk, test drove it anyway, take off down the the street and the brake pedal goes straight to the floor, get out to look for a leak in the brake lines and transmission fluids pouring out! Had a mild anxiety attack trying to get the p.o.s. back to there shop with out totaling the car, if this is what these guys are selling then I would never let them work on one of my cars! THIS IS AN AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP!!! Every car being driven out for a test drive should have functioning brakes, judging by the rest of the vehicle these guys are not very competent. Rude too!

I wanted to like this shop. Local and convenient. Brought my 2016 vehicle in for a Massachusetts State Inspection Sticker. Nobody at the counter when I arrived. I peeked in the shop and one of the workers (I think manager?) shouted at me to get behind the desk. Ok- off to bad start. Told them I wanted an inspection sticker. They asked about my window tint. I told them it was legal and dealer installed in 2016 and it’s never been a problem. Got a sticker THERE 2 years ago without issue. They told me oh, great. They finished inspection and FAILED my car stating (just the back) tint was too dark (the tint is the same on all windows). I explained it is legal (35%), and that it was dealer installed and that their very own shop passed my car two years ago. I asked to see the tinting testing meter and the they told me they stuck their hand inside the car and couldn’t see it well from outside the car so they failed my car. I explained it was 35% which is legal. I further stated it should be tested with the tool. They belligerently argued raising their voice and said “too bad”, you failed. Horrible service and terrible circumstance. Consumer beware! Unless you want to FAIL your inspection do NOT go here!

Over a decade ago, before they moved to their present location, my daughter was visiting from college. Her car had an unknown problem and she had to leave the next day. They fixed it, treated her with respect, did not feel like she was being taken advantage of, and the price was very reasonable. I have had my work and stickers done by them since then, both at the old and the new location. Recently my hybrid Honda needed a tune-up (the car died when I was out of town, it had a frozen gas line, I requested and paid for a diagnostic, the diagnosed work would have a 4-digit cost, I said I'd think about it and left). Xpress Lube diagnosed and did the work for around half the price, and my MPG increased about 5MPG ever since. I told them they don't charge enough for their work. If you want a sugar-coated explanation of what's wrong and a high price, go elsewhere. If you want a very honest and direct assessment, you will get that here. I prefer honest and direct.
