Rental process was smooth. Can do everything online. Facility is clean and secure. They didn’t raise my rent in the first year like Extraspace (who doubled it in under 12 months).

I called to voice my concerns and was hung up on by the owner. He yelled at me and was very rude after HE made a mistake and couldn't handle the problem then blamed it on me. Also lots of mice...they are doing construction and some of my stuff was ruined. I didn't report this because dealing with the owner beforehand was awful and he didn't even try to help with anything, had an attitude like I was bothering him and then "accidentally" moved me out of the unit and sent a thousand texts and emails to tell me to then disregard. Horrible customer service

Have been extremely understanding and easy to work with. Never have had and issue. Units are fine and I believe he's been a man of his word.So much nicer working with small locas business, where people are actually considered people.

I have two units here myself. Pretty safe and secure area with good rental fees. It doest have some of the extras light lighting in the units but depending on what you need it for you might not need it
