Everything was great! Very seamless, drivers were all friendly and helpful, and everything was completed as expected. Didn't have any issues scheduling either pickup (in Seattle) or delivery (in Weymouth, MA). I would definitely use them again!

I've used ABF U-Pack trailers four times over 20 years for long-distance moves and they've always been great. Their prices are always much more affordable than full-service movers and I love that they can guarantee a delivery date. Just make sure you hire moving labor who really knows how to pack a truck well - because it's a freight trailer, it's a rough ride, so if your stuff isn't loaded into the truck efficiently, it could get damaged. The only time I've had an issue with this was when the moving labor was inexperienced.

Used U-Pack and ABF Freight for an apartment move. The trailer had a hole in the roof and rusty water spilled on my stuff causing $731 of damage. They offered to reimburse me $121. Ridiculous that this happened at all and even worse that they aren't covering the damage when it was so clearly their fault.

I have used Upack twice in two years. Both occasions, they were quite responsive and very professional. both were interstate moves. first in May 2021 from Atlanta to Cambridge Massachusetts and this June 2023 from Cambridge to Hershey Pennsylvania. My stuff got to their destination intact the only things that got damaged during the second move were stuff which the moving company I used to move my stuff from Cambridge to Hershey (its difficult to get the permit required for the relocubes to be dropped off in very big cities so I had to take my stuff to their depot in West Bridgewater, MA) packed roughly. The local moving company placed heavy stuff (an adult bicycle) on light boxes marked FRAGILE!. Otherwise, my stuff arrived in good shape and timely too. Staff were all polite and professional. The icing on the cake is their 1 month free storage from the day your stuff arrives your destination, which comes in handy if you are yet to find a place to rent or buy. Means you can comfortably stay in a hotel or Airbnb without worrying about your stuff. I used the free storage during both moves.

Customer service needs to adjust their way they answer to customers. They need to be a little bit friendlier. Customers are in a stress situation already and they need to help and no cause more stress. The container was delivered on time and picked up on time. The container was clean and with the right tools for packing. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely use this service in the future and recommend u-pack to friends and family. Thank you.

Horrible customer service. They do what they want, when they want. My nieces and nephews are better communicators than the unfortunate souls who answer the phones. Never again!

This was my first cross country move as an adult, and I was very nervous about having to possibly hitch my car to a uhaul and drive it through mountains, moving from FL to MA. So when I found out about pods and services like then I was very interested.UPack had some of the best reviews of the industry, and were definitely cheaper than services like PODS (3.5k vs 2k.) Super easy to book, very responsive, and came right when I needed them. My only complaint was that it rained the day before they dropped off, and there was some water damage to one of my boxes pressed right up to the doors. So keep that in mind.Otherwise, great service!

I previously moved from Atlanta to Orlando and decided to utilize U-Pack again for my move to Medford. While it is expensive, not having to drive a U-Haul for 22 hours during a snowstorm was very much worth the cost. Delivery drivers were very kind and did there best to accommodate my requests. Customer service is knowledgeable and quick. I have nothing but great things to say about this company, would certainly use again!Make sure you use ratchet straps folks and your stuff will certainly arrive in one piece

Very friendly and helpful reps at the Bridgewater location. Driver (Bob) was very nice and called me directly to coordinate some details on my cube delivery which was very helpful. My west coast to east coast move using a ReloCube was phenomenal. As somebody who has moved east coast to west coast using a broker that provides a random carrier, the experience is a world of difference. I strongly recommend using U-Pack if you have a smaller DIY move. Cubes are true to their measurements. You get what ya pay for! So happy I chose U-Pack over U-haul's cheaper alternative.

Had the Best experience with U-Pack. Moved from GA to Boston. Text and emails came through during the trip. I also could check on it through the dashboard link. Everyone was helpful, even when I called and had a problem on my end for delivery at my drop. They helped accommodate me. AWESOME!! Very fast delivery! I would recommend.Thank you ALL!!!!

U-Pack moved my belongings from Boston, MA to Los Angeles, CA. The employees were professional from beginning to end and were always available to answer my calls and questions. Tracking was available on the website. My relocube arrived to local the service center earlier than expected which was a delight. Scheduling pick up and drop off was a simple phone call. And to top it off, everything arrived exactly as it had been packed 10 days and 3,000 miles earlier!! No damage to any of my items, though it is worth mentioning we packed the cube in a smart and compact way to minimize any potential damage from bumps or shifts during transit. Would recommend to anyone searching for a container moving service and will be recommending to all my family, friends, and acquaintances who are looking for moving container services!

I've used U-Pack/ABF for long-distance moves twice now and I've been satisfied with their prompt, efficient, and transparent service each time. Their containers are bigger than U-Haul's and smaller than Pods and 1-800-Pack-Rat, but having used all these other services too, I've found that U-Pack offers the best price-speed-service combination. On my most recent long-distance move, for example, they delivered my container exactly within the promised time frame to the exact spot that I needed it - as they have forklifts on their delivery trucks that can position the containers perfectly for you. The transit times and statuses were also well-communicated, which was a far cry from a horrible experience I'd had with a company that rhymes with Sack Hat that once lost my container for 2 months. None of those shenanigans here - just a smooth, well-executed move.

Initial sales call and delivery drivers were great. When it came time to pick up the location and drop a second location (our new house) got a standard text saying pick up date was rescheduled. Multiple calls to reservations number where after being on hold, often for several minutes, representative could not reach "facility" and all was due to truck breaking down. Our container sat on our former property for 2 extra days, Inconveniencing the new homeowners. Eventually was offered a $25 credit ( waived pick up fee) gee- thanks... understand truck issues happen but lack of communication and "beyond our control" response from a rep not at/associated with specific facility during a naturally stressful time... was disheartening.

At first everything seemed to be great, the customer service was very polite and helpful. That changes after we closed the deal.First, they don't ship your things in 5-7 days as promised. We've been waiting for at least 12 days by now, and there is no expectation of a shipment yet, so don't make plans expecting a 5-7 shipping. When asking to customer service where our things are they are very rude and condescending, completely different as they were before.Now we're just wondering if our things are in good shape or not. Don't trust this company.
