So I like to stop at small Mom and Pop stores when I can, but I made a mistake stopping here. Prices are high but hey, it's a convenient store. I'd gone in once before and I was a little dismayed at being told I couldn't have a reciept but at the time it wasn't a big deal. This time I made two purchases and I was told they couldn't be rang in together. Pretty odd. I used my credit card and was told the credit card machine was temperamental. After a minute I was told the purchase went through. I was told I couldn't have a receipt. Now the second purchase. I have to do it all over again and it seemed like the purchase went smoothly but I was told no. It didn't go through. At this point, I'd been there a few minutes and someone was in line behind me. I figured just pay cash and get going. As the clerk is making my change, I look at my credit card app on my phone, and both purchases had been posted to my card. The clerk won't hear it. No no no no it didn't go through. I show her my phone and two charges saying Town Line General Store. Nope she doesn't care. She says "Look tomorrow. The charge will be gone" I ask then could I get a reciept in case it's still there tomorrow. No. No reciept. The reciept is mine. The charge has since gone through. I was ripped off. There are many nice store owners in this area. I recommend going to any of them and staying away from this place

walked into store around 9- am 2-16-19 great little store bought some cigars in the humidor owner was nice and even said thank you will return again
