Rich from the deli department at the Stratham, NH store is an excellent employee! He listens intently to me when I ask for product and how I'd like my items prepared. Other employees are not friendly and I hesitate to ask for something shredded for example. I've had several visits with him in the deli and all were five stars! I could go to another grocery store closer to home, but I like shopping at Shaws, especially when Rich is working. I always order more because he's super friendly and listens to me and preps my order perfectly. Super happy customer here! ?

Absolute worst customer service EVER. Of course the calls go overseas. Language barrier. Promise to have the situation escalated and have a supervisor call.NEVER Happens. So then you call and you have to tell your story all over again, literally seven times no one ever calls me back. Once they even lied and said someone called me at 3 o’clock at the scheduled time when my phone never rang.!!!!!!!

There is a lot to be desired of the manager in the Brockton Shaw’s Market. Hard to find when she is needed to help clerk finish my order. Has a most unfriendly attitude a real turn off to deal with her arrogance. Perhaps she doesn’t like dealing with customers, she is definitely not a people person.

I was so disappointed when I walked into the eastside shaw's To order my Christmas Rost and was told that they were not taking orders. I was told that they did not order enough, so it was first come first serve. I was not willing to take a chance of not being able to have a roast from my family. You really need to look at that business practice.

They don't care about what the consumer wants.All they are worried about is the revenue that comes in everyday. I have been asking about products,and the best answer they give you is,"if you're the only one buying it,we will not have it in the store"All of a sudden they think I am the only one to shop for certain items.

I recently purchased a Fruit Salad Bowl from Shaw's at West Bridgewater, and I have to say that it was one of the most disappointing fruit bowls I've ever encountered.First and foremost, the taste of the fruits was a major letdown. All of them had an unpleasant, sour flavor that was far from what I would expect in a fresh fruit salad. I was really looking forward to enjoying a refreshing and sweet assortment of fruits, but this product fell far short of that expectation.The sour taste and the discovery that the expiration date on the package indicated it was the very day I purchased the salad bowl, which essentially meant it was expired at the time of purchase, left me worried about the potential impact on my health and, more importantly, the health of my unborn child. It's essential during pregnancy to consume foods that are not only palatable but also safe and free from any risks that could harm the baby's development.This omission raised concerns about the quality and freshness of the product. How can consumers trust the store to maintain the quality of their products if something as basic as an expiration date is not followed?Unfortunately, due to the disappointing taste and expiration date, I had no choice but to discard the entire fruit salad bowl. This was a waste of both money and food. I hope that Shaw's can improve the quality control and labeling of their products in the future to prevent other customers from experiencing the same disappointment I did.

An absolute disgrace of a company.Got terminated recently after 21 years of great service. Was only a minor thing I did. 1 incident in 21 years yet they won't let it go. Then they trespass me from store worked at yet won't give me specifics as to why. No wonder their Google rating so low.

I put in a drive up order for one pm at the derry nh location and have been sitting in the parking lot for a half hour on top of that weekly I have an issue with instructions being followed for my deli requests. And they are hardly so busy that any of this should even happen, Deli or drive up.

I Will Never shop at Shaw's As Long As I Live This Is How cheap Of a Company That They are I was hired as a deli clerk and that was all I was hired to doafter I got the job they had Me working seafood la carte and when they were short bag in the front and still go retrieve carts out in the parking lot while only making minimum wage.I never complained because WE were in a recession and I Thought maybe that would help Me Work My Way Up Faster in the company and eventually would get a raisebut After 4 Year's Of QuaLity Service and Working in hell they fired MeI had qualified for Unemployment benefits.My First And OnLy Check Was A sum Of 800 Dollars mind you I Waited 3 To 5 Months For It Once I Used It All They Took Me To Court Because They Wanted A Mere 800 Dollars Back After All My Year's Of Dedicated ServiceI Was So Disgusted That I Haven't Shopped There In Over A Decade I ALso Told Friend's And Family And They too Stopped Shopping ThereThey Are The Worse Of he Worst And I Will Never forgive them for as Long As I LiveStop? And Shop ? It Is

I love the rotten food inside the dinners then you try to get customer service and there is none! You send messages, emails, nothing! This is the worst company on the planet and my shopping at Shaws is over. I sent 17 messages just to get my phone number fixed because the account wont let me and they wont even do that. It must be awful to be a loser Shaws employee!

This chain store cannot justify the cost of groceries in today's market. I can go to Trader Joe's and get $75 worth of food and eat well for a week. At Shaws your lucky to see 3 days for $150. DISGUSTING!

I like Shaw’s for the most part. However every single time I go to the deli, no one is behind the counter. I usually have to get a clerk from elsewhere to get someone in the deli for me. Then when they come out, they are extremely rude and act as though they are being bothered. I know they work out back but someone should be checking for customers. The deli food is good, and the deli people seem to do a good job with slicing and such, but always make me feel I am bothering them.

Used self check out. get thru scanning while trying to checkout computer skipped where you put phone number in asked attendant to get me back to that screen said need to rescan all items well you ended up losing a sale and had to restock that's how your customer service works?

I sent them a letter via USPS and they didn't respond. The letter was about their app which would not work. It wouldn't even accept my phone number.. it stopped at the eighth digit. No response!

WARNING shoppers who shop at Shaws and Star Market. The flowers you purchase that are 3 for $15 they are charging $5.00 more and $2.00 to wrap your flowers into 1 for tissue, clear wrap, ribbon. THAT'S A DISGRACE and GOUGING customer. ALSO PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR RECEIPTS they are charging you regular price instead of the SALE PRICE. PASS THIS MESSAGE TO ALL SHOPPERS. STAR MARKET is another supermarket who is overcharging the consumers. AN INVESTIGATION NEEDS TO BE CALLED. CALL BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
