“First time applying for a passport with my husband. Tony is the one who attended us and he was friendly and courteous, he walked us through the whole process and got us out of there in a timely fashion. Thank you for making the process an easy one!”
“Brenda & Mary Anne are my 2 favorite ladies! I absolutely love this post office. They're always so helpful and we always share a laugh and a smile. Yes, it can get busy there, but they both get it done!”
“This post office does not deliver mail. All other services only. Such as, but not limited to, all mailing out/packaging & shipping services, p.o. box rentals, supplies, etc. Great customer service. Never really a long wait unless a customer holds up the line for whatever reason.”
“Nicest people working here! I came in to mail two letters thinking I had enough postage on both. They double checked and I was short $0.28. I had to go back to my car to get my wallet but they said I could pay them back next time. Since I don’t come here often I went out to get my wallet and paid the money right away but they were so kind to make that offer. With so many people mean or dishonest these days, it’s nice to find a place where employees are so kind.”
“I didn't catch the name of the person who helped me, but I needed an important package sooner than it would be delivered and the worker there was so kind helping me get my package quickly out of pure kindness, not obligation! I'm so thankful as it changed the trajectory of my entire weekend, just from a small act of kindness. Great service and a very easy location to drive to even from a town over. Thank you again!”
“Not sure why this location has such low reviews, went in to mail some letters and the woman helping me was one of the nicest ever. I don’t mail things out typically and she was kind and helpful. Much nicer than the staff at some of the other USPS’s I’ve been to”
“I cannot believe these reviews. it's a post office. get in, mail your package, and get out. simple as that. staff is great, my packages never get lost, and one of the men working there was so helpful in finding other solutions for me when mailing a $60 parcel. before writing something negative think to yourself, was I a part of the problem? 10/10 will always use this post office.”
“USPS Canton branch is conveniently located and easy to access (just don't perform a u-turn to park). The staff is always professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions one may have. Not all local USPS locations are equal, which is why I'll often drive further to this one even though it may not be the closest.”
“No problems when you go in with patience. Everything is taking care of STAFF is kind and great on giving help on shipping services the USPS provides. Pleasurable experience. Thank You!”
“This is a very busy location that serves a population with very diverse needs. Every person behind the desk is courteous, friendly, and truly, remarkably patient. They know their stuff and they make sure each customer gets the help they need. If you are annoyed about waiting in line, just know that they will give you the same careful attention they gave those ahead of you. A+ for service.”
“Very friendly, helpful, and respectful. When one of my packages was shipped from UPS to USPS SurePost somehow there ended up with an attempted delivery to the wrong address in Attleboro. So seeing it was going to be attempted to be delivered on the next business day, I called the 1800 number waited on hold for at least 45 minutes, but they managed to get it sent from Attleboro to here in Taunton the same day. Later in the day when following up since I hadn't noticed any update in the app, I called the 1800 # again and it was very hard to get to a live person to speak with regarding this since it didn't fall into any of their pre-recorded options I finally tried whatever the fraud option was and got a live person who filed a claim for the package for me and also confirmed it was indeed in Taunton and gave me the phone number to contact them. I was shocked to get a live person to answer at 4:30 pm on a Monday who not only located my package but also pulled it for me to run down and pick it up. When I arrived I couldn't find the customer service door with a buzzer. I was called again and while speaking with the woman she said she saw me standing outside and would meet me, but my mother had to show her ID for the package, so there was a polite young man unloading his mail truck who was kind enough to help walk her to where she met the extremely helpful woman who passed the package to the young man who carried it for my mother even.”
“Yes it was a great place to visit. Was there little early for a passport and she wanted us to wait for the 1st person finished.Very nice and smiling help us to correct our paper work? Thanks again for our outstanding jobs....”
“Well I had my first Christmas with returns! I was completely dreading going through the process of mailing things back. Some of my items were not free to return so now I had to pay $20 for not keeping items! So this I found a little frustrating, but made my way to the post office. I had received 3 items but with 2 different shipments. I wasn’t sure how this worked. Jose was working and immediately walked me through the whole process. I came with only 1 box and he informed me I needed to return in 2 boxes. I figured I would be now buying a box and spending $20 for the return. Nope! Jose said I actually have a box here you can use and I can also offer you some tape that someone had left behind. He demonstrated how to fold the labels on their pouches and did all of this with a super friendly disposition!! I know if he wasn’t working, I would have probably drove home to get a “free” box and tape and returned. Thank you Jose for your help! You do your job with such kindness and it is much appreciated!!”
“The worst, most miserable service I've ever received in a post office. I just left there- no smile, no thank you,, no acknowledgement. I will go to Brockton office 5 minutes away where there's always a smiling face.”
