I use Pierce Refrigeration to service my central air system on a regular basis. Technician very knowledgeable and always arrives on time. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this company.Service: HVAC system maintenance

We called for service on our central air conditioner. Tech find out the Thermostat is not working. Installed new thermostat and charged for $540.84. Stay away from this company.Service: A/C system repair

I called Pierce Refrigeration to get an estimate on replacing my central heating and cooling system and the "office manager" that I spoke to was beyond rude. She was snarky and condescending while trying to schedule an appointment for the sales man to come out for the quote, she was so argumentative I said I would call back another time (I do not plan on ever contacting them again). I couldn't believe the behavior this family owned company is willing to support. I would not recommend anyone to give this company their business.

My a/c was not functioning, assumed it need to be replaced because of age, so I called Pierce and left message asking them to take a look at it and letting them I was ready to replace the entire system. Never received a call back.

Everything went very smoothly. Workers were on time, very courteous and professional. They kept me informed of their progress. Job took 2 days to complete. Workers cleaned up the area. When the installation was complete they made sure inspector came and approved work. Before leaving, they gave complete overview of system and instructions on use. This is a great company to deal with and will continue to use for any HVAC needs.

We called for service on our central air conditioner. We knew the fan motor was broken, they said a tech would need to check it out. They sent an inexperienced technician who spent 15 mins fiddling with it talking to someone back at the shop. My husband was listening. We had already had a local guy look at it, but he said he couldn't do the job now, and to call someone else, so we called Pierce. When we told the tech about the motor which he should have known because I stated the problem when I called, he said , "Okay, I'll just have them order the part for you then." I asked him to call me with a quote. After three plus days of never hearing back, we called another company. We were not impressed with what we had experienced. A week later, we received a bill from Pierce for $236 for two hours work. The tech was here for no more than 15 minutes, and didn't fix anything or even call back with a quote for the part. Never heard anything from the tech or company again until I got the bill for doing nothing. Cannot recommend this company.The owner did respond and offered to credit my account for the $236. I appreciated that.

Was recommended this company for central air service from an online group in East Bridgewater. Called and scheduled an appointment for the following week. No call, no show to the appointment. Now a week after the appointment was scheduled, and I still have not been contacted at all. I guess customers are expendable to Pierce. Had another company come out with no issues.UPDATEWas contacted by Ron who is one of the owners after posting this review. He apologized several times, told me that I got lost in the mix somewhere, and said that is absolutely not how they do buisiness. Definitely seemed to be a very genuine phone call, and I appreciate it very much. Says a lot about a company when an owner makes the effort to correct a mistake.
