I feel like I’ve been ripped off! Would never recommend this company. I ordered a wig for my Mom who has cancer. When it arrived it wasn’t as it looked in the pictures. She didn’t wear it and we returned it immediately. I was charged almost 28.00 to return it. Why would you charge someone so much if the item was never worn and customer was not satisfied with it. No customer service here!!! I would have given 0 stars if I could

Exchanged a piece as colour wasn't right. Paid to return to them. They then upcharged me for the exchange. Ended up costing as much as the piece. So disappointing. Should have returned it . Would have been cheaper..

I have ordered several wigs I have ordered 2 Carter wigs loved the style but the 3rd one I just ordered was terrible because I removed the tag can't return. Looks like someone tried cutting parts of it might be trying another brand color good cut terrible

I love Paula Young. Its where I bought my first wig. I just went back and bought 4 wigs on clearance. My salesperson was really generous with her time and expertise. She helped me with my decisions, explained a bunch of stuff I didn't know about wigs and then helped me straighten my wig when i could see to do it for myself. it is so rare to find such great values without having to order online or by mail. I love shopping in person where I can try things on before buying and the warehouse is right in the same building so when you ask for a different color or whatever, a few minutes later the warehouse person brings you your wigs. I disagree with peoples' complaints about returns. I don't think I would allow returns at all if I were in the business of selling things that go onto peoples' scalps!!! Oh, and try getting a return anywhere else. most wig retailers do NOT accept returns on wigs, so boo hoo! Try before you buy and yes, look at the product you're buying carefully before choosing. That's just common sense.

I’m a little mad I order two wigs on the 17 I realized on the same day I ordered one in a color I did not want . I went to the Paula young website to change it and could not get into my accounts do to their website. Because all my other websites worked . So I called them the same day and was told they could not switch the color because they can not get ahold of the wearhouse to do it . And because I ordered online I explained that that’s why I called . I was told I would have to receive the wig . Then return it for the color I want and get charged another shipping and stocking fee . Im a little angry now and rethinking buying from them again things like this have happened in the past . They need to know how to run a company. I tried talking to a supervisor but of course they were not their just don’t make a mistake ordering or you will pay for it

This company preys on little old ladies with dementia!!! I hope you don't find out that your mom spent thousands of dollars on wigs when she wasn't in her right mind because she'll be stuck with paying for them. They REFUSED to refund ANY of her money even when they weren't worn, still had the tags on them, in the original boxes, with the packing slips! They were happy to take her money and cared less that she has dementia. NO STARS!!!

Careful with curlables. it isnt as it says. I read the instructions before curling up. Only to notice that it's like plastic hairs that burnt and non reversible it stays permanently and you cannot return once rhe piece is damage. You ended up losing money for nothing. Very disapppinted..

I ordered my first wig and I loved it. I was taking chemo and I really needed it. I ordered the same wig 3 times and never got the same one I ordered the first time they were small and short not at all the same wig. I was very dissatisfied with there service.

Love Paula's wigs! I've wore for years! I wash n air dry constantly because I sweat! They come out like new!! just ordered a new one this week!! One other thing!! People are shocked when I tell them i wear a wig. they think its my real hair! THANK YOU Paula!!

RIP OFF! Check other website reviews, terrible. My hairdresser gave me a wig # and I ordered wig/stand/caps online. Once I clicked "order" button price changed to addl $14 higher. I called to verify original order lower price but was forced to wait 2 hours "before they could see online order". Then I discovered my hairdresser gave me wrong wig number. Called to cancel 4 hrs after order placed, was told no. Supposed policy online (not seen on my android) that they won't cancel after 2 hrs. Paula Young forced shipping to me and stuck me with pay shipping and admin fees. Just to return immediately (in pristine condition or no refund). I'm sure they want to reship to someone else, so I didn't even try it on. 2 months to refund my card (minus $$shipping and fees) then short changed my refund by $.41, guess they really need the money. I like to take my business to honest vendors who back their products w full refund. No more hairdresser or Paula Young.

I ordered 2 wigs plus related stuff. The wigs were too small so I called and learned how to return them and decided not to reorder larger sizes until return was complete. I sent everything back in the same box, packed exactly the same. They o n ly refunded half my money and said the more expensive wig was not returned. I said it was and somebody had to have taken it. I wouldn't keep a wig I can't wear! The girl on the phone was whispering and had to keep asking her to speak up. She got rude and insisted nobody took a wig from my return. I was cheated by this company.I told her I would check my shipping receipt for the weight as it must be the same as the weight of the package originally sent to me. It is. 4lbs 5.1 oz.Paula Young just doesn't want to return your money.

If there’s a chance you might have to make a return, YIU DO NOT WANT TO BUY FROM PAULA YOUNG!!!!I bought a wig online from Paula Young (PY) for over $250. It arrived on a Friday, and it looked like a cheap knockoff. On Monday, March 6 I sent it back. According to my shipping receipt PY received it two days later on March 8. I called and emailed several times over the next 2.5 weeks asking about my refund. Finally, on March 24th, 16 days after they received my return, a PY email acknowledged they got my return, but their policy allows them 10-14 business days to process returns, and therefore my return was past their allowed 14 day return limit. NO REFUND ALLOWED!! They said they will hold the wig 30 days to allow me to elect to take it back IF I pay another handling charge AND more shipping fees. Otherwise, I’m SOL for over $250.

Didn't know about the 5 wig limit. Drove for an hour each way in Boston traffic for nothing! Unless you're prepared with color you're pretty much out of luck. They sell mostly clothes. Not what I would consider a wig outlet! From reading other comments now I don't understand the 5 wig limit. Their Wisperlight wigs are light on hair!! Very thin and if you buy 2 of an item at the same time...they're not even the same. I'm done with Paula Young!
