Michaela and her staff are so wonderful and I highly recommend her classes. Our Border Collie puppy was TERRIFIED of other dogs even at 10 weeks…he would run behind me and hide when puppies tried to play, show his teeth, etc. He would even try to run back to the house or car if he heard another dog barking from inside a house! I feel that he would have turned into a reactive dog if these fears weren’t neutralized by the help of Michaela…she is so calm and reassuring and her help was integral in shifting these patterns. We are have been through all of the classes since Puppy Preschool and will continue forever! He loved her agility classes as well and we are also conquering some vet nerves with her “Vet Readiness” class. She got the best picture of him lying so close to other dogs in his class and it was incredible!! So glad that we are close to Om Obedience.

Great personal experience with Michaela both with private sessions and group settings. Her team is also top notch and very supportive, kind, caring and educational. I also highly recommend Om professionally to my clients. We are so fortunate to have a friendly, positive reinforcement training opportunity for our pups so close to us!

All of the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, you can tell how much they all love and care for animals. My puppy got off leash once and was running full force towards a VERY busy street and thanks to the emergency recall they taught me, he came running right back to me. Take your pup for a class, they are the absolute best.

Had my dog go to the classes and it was a learning process for us and what to do and what we are doing wrong to make our baby a good dog. I would recommend them excellent

Training is good for young pups. Beware of policy changes mid contract with no notice. Would have been 5 star if not for management policies.

I cannot say enough good things about the Om Obedience crew! They have helped me so much with my wild pup. They have all the patience in the world for dogs (and their humans because we require a lot of training too!). They are genuinely invested in the success and happiness of all the dogs they work with, and go above and beyond to make sure everyone gets what they need from each class. If you’re looking for a positive training environment with people who will care about your dog as much as you do, THIS IS IT!

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! My dog went from being afraid to even walk down her own driveway to striding with the utmost confidence, she is the most well behaved pup and we owe it all to michaela and maddie, my wife has severe anxiety due to previous dogs she’s owned and they have both been nothing but patient making sure she feels confident and even helped guide us to get our cat and dog introduced properly…..the process was so smooth they actually became BFFs! They make every experience extremely personal and take the time to understand what you need out of the training not just your dog.

Michaela is AWESOME! And her training is superb. Within the class structure, Michaela is well able to coordinate training for each individual dog, working on certain behaviors, based on their needs. She has infinite experience, but also excellent instincts. (From watching dog training shows over the years, it's apparent that dog behavior is as much about the dog's owners as it is the dog, and some people refuse to bend. In life, you often get what you give. And I'm wondering with these negative reviewers, if their dogs were ever properly trained. Unfortunately, as we all know, there are many dogs who are not, and the dog is not to blame.) I have found Michaela to be a fantastic communicator about any issue I've spoken to her or emailed her about, and there have been a few. She pours herself into her work, it's clear it's not just a job to her, it is a calling to help all dogs become well-mannered citizens, and reach their best selves. I'd highly recommend working with Michaela as a dog trainer! Not only has my rescue puppy Delilah been obsessed with her from the first moment she saw her, Michaela truly knows dogs and has so much experience. During her group classes she always spends 1:1 time with each dog/owner and is responsive to any questions you have outside of class. Thanks to her training, Delilah is such a better puppy and us better owners!

Michaela is the best dog trainer ever! I brought home a pug puppy about 1.5yrs ago and started looking for a trainer almost right away since pugs are known to kind of run the house and be very stubborn. I felt so uncomfortable just talking with a lot of trainers but my vet recommended Michaela, so I signed up for puppy classes. Needless to say I was impressed right away with her positive reinforcement methods and confidence in a room full of high energy puppies. Fast forward about a year and he's graduated every class, and now has his Canine Good Citizen certificate! I constantly get compliments on how well-behaved he is almost everywhere we go. I've never had a private session with Michaela but I felt that her group classes were great to give me the tools to continue his training outside of class. Her prices are fair and although I feel satisfied with Ollie's training, I know I can always return to OM Obedience if we needed more work, or when I get another dog! Can't recommend her enough for any and all of your dog training needs!!!

Michaela has trained my dog Tillie since she was 12 weeks old. Michaela is just amazing with dogs and their humans! She is kind and patient and so good at what she does. She has helped me learn so much about my best friend and she has helped Tillie to be a happy, confident, wonderful companion!
