Google says they're open in Middleboro and the store is vacant! Drove 20 miles away where google also says they're open. The sign on the door says they open at noon.12:40 pm and the doors are locked and the lights are out!! Get it together, T Mobile and update your on line acts if you're all out of business!!!

Very good location! Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I was practically ignored the first 2 weeks after trying to upgrade my mothers phone for her. We went in again and dealt with Roscoe who was extremely helpful and had a great sense of humor, especially dealing with me and the frustrations that I had. He had us in and out in less than 20 minutes and I can’t say enough good things about him. He deserves a raise!

Great help. Great customer service. Derek, or Roscoe does go above and beyond for their customers. Giovanni is also a very helpful resource. I recommend THIS metro to all. Thanks guys!

Ziggy the worker there has skills knowledge and patience like a Saint. Great store to do business and plan prices are the best I found. 2 phones separate numbers for $ 25 a month unlimited . Can't beat that price. Thk u ziggy ..

My husband had recently passed away and its been impossible the get everything squared away since he usually was responsible for out finances and bills, But Derrek was amazing and patient in helping me get my plan figured out and with securing me the government program so that my bill is now free. He even went so far as to get me approved and set up on very much needed Food Assistance at the same time. I couldnt have asked for a better experience from any place really, nevermind from my local phone store! Have been and will continue to recommend for people in the community to go by there, Thanks You So Much Again!

I must give a rave review for Israel at the West Bridgewater location!!! He was so patient and kind with helping me switch carriers. I would say he spent over an hour trying to get the switch to go through and never once complained or ran out of patience with the process. I would highly recommend Israel and this branch . I witnessed him helping others in between my problems and was as kind, helpful and knowledgeable with everyone. He certainly is an asset !!

Unfortunately when i went only 1 employee was there. He seemed very nice however he was already with a couple activating their service and setting them up. Waited for 40 minutes before more people came in and the line was growing. I understand staffing issues. However It just seems silly to run a phone shop on a Saturday with only one person when setting someone up can easily take 45 minutes to an hour for new customers. Im sure the employee is a hard worker . He seemed to be really helping the couple he was with so this isn't against him . But for my own experience having to wait 40 minutes at least and still not having help to making a purchase isn't ideal. I ended up leaving , likely won't go back. There just simply needs to be more available people when it is such a heavily customer service business.
