A needful market to shop for lower prices compared to other markets in the area. With cashiers and no self-checkout, the shopping is quick. And there is always a member who is willing and able to help locate an item, or at least say which isle the item can be found.

It is very unsanitary that the custodian that works here is constantly sneezing, coughing, or hacking up something, especially without covering his mouth. I tried to enjoy breakfast in the cafe this morning when the custodian started his shift (I’m assuming), because the store was very quiet prior and for the next thirty-so minutes I was in the store, you could hear him at the other end of the building. I’m especially upset by the continuance of this in the cafe where people are eating. At one point I had to pack my remaining breakfast because it got that bad.
This is a grocery store. This man is walking around the entirety of the store spreading germs when his job is to be keeping it clean. For as long as I have been shopping here, this custodian has displayed this behavior. The least he could do is sneeze or cough into his elbow, as opposed to out in the open. If you can’t make him wear a face mask alone, the whole store should be required to wear them. If it were Covid times, this would be treated as a major concern. The disregard is appalling.

Best prices, best customer service. How does MB charge the lowest prices compared to S&S, Shaws, Roche Bros and still make a profit, pay good wages and benefits with bonuses to their employees...simple answer they don't gouge the customer and treat their people right!

I love market basket, not so much the Brockton one anymore, cuz it’s just overly crowded & ppl seem miserable , can’t anyone smile or say hello ,lol . Hard workers tho, just the customers suck sometimes ???♀️
