Never had a issue with this store I always shop here but then I met Alicia and she’s noting but a Karen who thinks she knows everything I was so happy to prove her wrong and got my problem situated but people like her shouldn’t work in costumer care she gave me a panic attack to where I was shaking and didn’t even apologize when she was wrong total Karen

VICKY who works in the Exchange/Returns Dept. personally enjoys treating customers like hardened criminals. I went to Lowe’s West Bridgewater to return a simple Christmas decoration because it was cheap and broken and VICKY spent 5 minutes giving this item a full inspection all while in silence with a mean grimace. Valued at $14.88 you’d think it was state of the art tech the way VICKY gave it the run down. Ultimately it was an extremely embarrassing moment, uncalled for, and went way beyond what Lowe’s management requires when taking returns. On top of this she was simply unfriendly and had a cold demeanor.

Caryn in the paint section is my hero!!!! She has taught me so much about painting things around my house! Everyone is truly great. As a first time home owner, I’m at Lowe’s more than I’m at the grocery store and I’ve never had a bad experience at this particular one!

Watch yourself if you are a non white trying to return something at this locale.On Friday November 3rd 2023 at around 2:30 - 3pm, I came back to this West Bridgewater MA location to return some drywall brackets that I paid around $13 for.As soon as I got to the threshold of the return area as soon as the doors barely cracked opened, the associate began to accoste me making it seem like she was being helpful, but I know the difference between fake and genuine.I made my way to the counter to present my reciept and item I wanted to return and the worker opened up the bag anc began to count every little piece of bracket screw and anchor in order to look for an excuse as to not accept this item back, she got frusteated when she was unable to do so and passed it off to her coworker who was equally ignorant, not sure what happened but the bag was missing 2 screws of which were missing before I even opened the sealed bag, not impossible in the manufacturing process.The woman refused my return over and over repeating herself 'its missing 2 screws! its missing 2 screws! I replied 'ok you already said that' and walked away from this petty rascist person.Took the same product to another locale and got proper service as I usally get, money returned.Where did West Bridgewster go wrong? Why would they think of hiring idiots like these?I have spent lots of money at this lication in the past bying a Kobalt lawn mower and Ego blower as examples and deserve way more respect than this!If I ever need to go to Lowes for anything in the future, it definitely will not be in West Bridgewater MA!I made

Worst experience purchased washer, dryer and fridge and they delivered only part of the items to the wrong address. After taking today off nothing was delivered to the correct address and now they are trying for tomorrow which items will be delivered separately and no time frame for either. That’s another day missed from work. Very upset.

Tonight's experience at the store was great. Larissa, who is in the paint department was very attentive and helpful. She was able to help me with my indecisiveness. She deserves a raise with her great attitude and work ethic!

Please do not do any business with Lowe’s.They are irresponsible when it comes to their 1 year labor warranty. Gave me a run around on when they were supposed to come fix our fence. Made appointment and everything then 2 months later said they won’t do it because it’s not their fault. ??? What kind of business is this? We won’t be wasting a dime with this company anymore.
