Start to finish, first calling and looking into a possible purchase of a shipping container, John answered all my questions, took time to meet up to physically see the containers, he was very professional, kind, patient. Excellent pricing, from the time I made my decision to the actual purchase , everything from the delivery to the handshake at the end. An overall amazing example of customer service. He made me feel like I was the only customer, so glad he was referred to me by a friend, I would definitely do business with ground level storage again, and I’ll tell my friends.
