All I did was make a phone call to inquire about the item and she asked me to hold while she finished with another customer. Once she came back, she was very apologetic and professional. She looked up my bed frame based on a previous purchase at another location and set me up with the correct part and saved me money in the process. The phone transaction was the most seamless transaction that I ever made. Within 10 minutes the order was placed and a text was sent for the payment website. I don’t think it could have gone any smoother if I went in person to the store.”

First things first, forget everything you thought you knew about space and time because once you set foot in Ikea, you're in an alternate universe where the laws of physics don't apply. Seriously, this place is massive. It's like they built a shopping mall and then decided to throw in a furniture store as an afterthought. And don't even get me started on the layout. Ikea's floor plan is like a twisted game of Tetris designed to make you question your sanity. You start off with good intentions, armed with a shopping list and a vague sense of direction, but within minutes you're wandering aimlessly through a sea of bookshelves, unable to tell your Billy from your Benno. Oh, and did I mention the arrows? Ikea is basically a giant game of follow-the-arrow, except the arrows seem to have a mind of their own, leading you down endless corridors and dead ends like a demented game of Shoots and Ladders. But fear not, brave shopper, for amidst the chaos and confusion lies hidden treasures waiting to be discovered. Sure, you may lose your sense of direction and maybe even your sanity along the way, but isn't that all part of the Ikea experience? So grab a shopping cart, hold onto your Swedish meatballs, and prepare to embark on the adventure of a lifetime. Who knows, you might even make it out with that $5 lamp you never knew you needed.”

“I live just up the street from here,and shop here almost daily,due to my schedule, mostly during evening hours.The staff I deal with regularly, are without a doubt some of the nicest, most helpful people I've ever met in retail!However, I made the mistake of going there during the day a couple times recently, and I have to say, it's like night and day! The people they have working up front, at self check during the day are rude, and have no customer service skills whatsoever! I spent 25mins. Just trying to get the register at self check out to take my 5 dollar bill, I asked several different staff members if they could help me, or exchange my 5 for a newer bill or 5 ones, but they claimed their register was locked, another one said , I would have to void out my whole thing and try a different register, so I did, and another 15mins later had the same result. And still, was on my own to figure it out .. my total was around $40, everything was paid except $4.45 , it just refused to take my 5 bucks, eventually I got so frustrated, I just slammed the 5 down on the register and got out of there.. I made a note, to only shop there at night when the 2 super nice ladies, who work around self check out are on duty, they really are awesome! They know me by name, and they spoil my little dog (who goes everywhere with me) they carry treats with them, and he always looks for them. I think their names are Pam and Deb, or Donna, I'm terrible with names, but the main ladies that work up front around self checkout. Anyway I just can't say enough about them! There's even been a couple times over this last year that I went over my cc limit, by a couple bucks, embarrassing as it was, instead of having to put something back, Pam just whips out a couple of ones and a minute later, I was on my way!! Where are u gonna find good, genuine, people who will help a customer, they don't even know personally?? They make me feel welcome, and for that, I'll continue to shop there regularly!But only at night, you couldn't pay me to shop there during the day.”

They have woodworkers and carvers to design your own piece. Be patient, because it isn't stamped off an assembly line. Each piece is worked on individually and then heads to a lengthy process of sanding and finishing... You must enjoy their care.”

The attention to detail in stock replenishment and the superb lighting in the makeup aisle enhanced my shopping experience. However, I did notice a limited supply of the "No. 7" product line, which required multiple aisle visits to locate. While this was a minor inconvenience, addressing it could further improve customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience at Target surpassed that of other department stores, and I look forward to returning.”
